Per alcuni piatti direi una trattoria nella media, per altri il livello si alza (ad esempio con uno dei classici in carta, le polpette al sugo).
aiutano a fare il salto di livello e a invitare a tornare la simpatia nel servizio, la scelta di vini non scontati e il fatto che si trovi in un quartiere con scelta mediocre (certo a pochi metri c’è il miglior ristorante di Torino a mio avviso, il condividere! Ma si inizia a giocare in un altro campionato…)
Il tutto ha un costo, non immaginate il conto da trattoria, potrebbe costare qualcosa in meno per restare un po’ di più nel mio cuore.

We met for a Slowfood dinner after Terra Madre.
I can say that of all the places I've been to, it's one of my favorites. The choice was à la carte
We had started with a series of cured meat dishes... which I can tell you were PHENOMENAL!
Bra type sausage
Raw ham (spectacular)
Salami
Lard served on a pan pizza (the perfect combination, among other things the dough was perfect)
At my table we ate tagliatelle with house ragù based on guinea fowl and (duck? I don't remember) really good (as a pasta maker I recommend you try their pasta).
Donkey agnolotti served with butter, not of their own production but also very very good (in particular the butter they use is spectacular)
Pasta and beans.
Followed by donkey meatballs with tomato sauce (I have some doubts about these, but still good quality, tomato wasn't one of my favourites...but it's a matter of taste)
Donkey stew, very very good
And a small taste of tripe for me who had asked him to taste it... also of high quality...
Sweet... tiramisu...!
An extra sweet on paper wouldn't hurt ❤️
All in all we ate well, the environment is very nice, the staff super helpful..! Thanks for the lovely evening☺️

Wir waren Abendessen in diesem kleinen Restaurant. Hatten schöne Fotos gesehen und viele Bewertungen angesehen. Es gibt keine Fischgerichte! Das Essen ist super, mit hauptsächlich Slow Food Gerichten. Der Chef Riccardo, auch in der Küche macht es gut. Die Weine und der Service sind weniger toll! Naturweine, das wäre an sich ja toll. Dann fragt man nach einem Glas Dolcetto, keiner da. Am Tresen sind offene Weinflaschen nebeneinander angereiht, man möchte dort ein Glas trinken. Die Antwort: "Ach wissen Sie, den besonderen Wein gibts nicht mehr, den haben wir selbst getrunken. Welchen gibt es dann? Die Serviceleitung ist seine Freundin... Die schenkt sich während dem Service selbst wein ein=Weinliebhaberin? Schade.
Die Atmosphäre ist weniger ansprechend und die Umgebung eher wenig schön...

The dishes ordered were to our liking, even if the portions were a little small, especially when compared to the bill paid!
Pleasant, informal environment.
Kind and courteous owners.
I would suggest leaving out some explanations on the raw materials (which are already visible on the board) and increasing the quantity or decreasing the prices.

We live in the area and finally popped in when we had a friend visiting from abroad. Wow, fantastic Piedmontese food and wine on offer from starters all the way to dessert. It might even be the best meal we've had in Torino so far. We were served by the chef whose family owns the restaurant and he explained each dish and recommended some wines. Food was amazing, service excellent, highly recommended.
