We went there yesterday with some friends to celebrate their birthdays, and it never disappoints. In fact, it's super welcoming, the food is excellent, from appetizers to dessert, and not to mention the amazing panissa. A big hug to Cristina, always so friendly and affectionate. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back soon.

Excellent, welcoming, and friendly place. A trio of very tasty appetizers: cured meats, lardo, vitello tonnato, and tongue in sauce. Then... the panissa vercellese, mouth-watering, and leftovers to take home. Yum.

The panissa with pork rinds was delicious, as were the appetizers. I'll definitely be back for other Piedmontese dishes I saw served. It was a pleasant surprise. I hadn't heard of this place before.

We went to Bar Trattoria A Casa di Ale for a family lunch: my girlfriend, my dad, my grandfather, and I. We were craving a delicious panissa, and knowing this place has been a local institution for many years, we decided to play it safe by booking here. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a traditional trattoria: warm, welcoming, and familiar, where you immediately feel at ease. We started with some truly excellent appetizers: veal with tuna sauce, tongue in red sauce, and a generous plate of mixed cold cuts. Everything was delicious, flavorful, and made with ingredients that tasted fresh and authentic. For the first course, we couldn't miss the star of the meal: a generous and truly well-made panissa, rich and tasty as per tradition. For the second course, we chose fried frogs, crispy and beautifully cooked, which everyone loved. For drinks, we ordered water and a bottle of Bonarda, a sparkling red wine perfect for this type of cuisine. To finish, two desserts: a tart with cream and strawberries and a bonet, both very good. Coffee followed, and to top it off, a liqueur. In total, we spent about €160 for four. Perhaps slightly above average, but considering the quality of the food, the generous portions, and the overall experience, we can say it was worth it. In conclusion, we really enjoyed our stay: traditional cuisine made the way it once was, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent quality. Highly recommended.

Excellent!! March 8th, Women's Day, super lunch, cold cuts, veal with tuna sauce, ham and asparagus roll, delicious... the PANISSA!! Fabulous, agnolotti, mixed fried fish... wow, what a meal... and then the mimosa cake!!!

26/04/2026: I've been to several weddings as a caricaturist, and I can assure you it's a beautiful location. The grounds are beautifully kept, huge, and spotlessly clean, and the rooms are diverse and very spacious. It has a decent-sized pond where you can watch beautiful, enormous carp swim. The food is plentiful and impeccably prepared. It's family-run, and Mrs. Rosa and her two sons make you feel at home. Highly recommended 👰🤵🍾🥂😋 Updated 2026: Tenuta Villa Rosa – Crescentino 🌹✨ Tenuta Villa Rosa is a truly fabulous location, elegant and surrounded by greenery, perfect for weddings and important events. The large, shaded grounds, the lake, the fountains, and the many scenic details create a refined and very evocative atmosphere. 🌿💍 One of its great strengths is its capacity: it can accommodate up to 600 people and even allows for two separate weddings on two different floors, ensuring privacy and distinct spaces. It is easily accessible from the ring road and the highway, conveniently located between Turin and Milan. 🚗 Also very important is the option of celebrating the civil ceremony directly on site, either outside or in the many indoor rooms.
