A volte non ci sono descrizioni che rendano l’idea dell’accoglienza, della qualità, del gusto, della cortesia della CANNATA. Un’esperienza che va sublimata nel sapore degli spaghetti al fuoco, dei maccheroni alla CANNATA, del pesce fresco e cucinato con cura e attenzione. Complimenti Santino.

Vengo in questo ristorante tutti gli anni a settembre, è uno dei posti in cui amo di più mangiare. Situato sul lungomare di Lingua offre una splendida vista unita a ottimo cibo preparato con cura: primi piatti appetitosi, indimenticabili la pasta del postino e gli spaghetti al fuoco, pesce freschissimo tra cui pesce spada e pesce capone (lampuga), caponata sfiziosa, melanzane con pesto di capperi, insomma veramente tante cose buone.
Al buon cibo si accompagnano la gentilezza del proprietario e dello staff, sempre disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Very good restaurant in Lingua with fish and vegetarian dishes. We returned twice during our holiday in Salina. Santino is a wonderful person! He welcomed us very well telling us many stories about the island and gave us the privilege of watching during one of our dinners a documentary he shot on the film "Il Postino" with Massimo Troisi. Exciting. His Football Museum is also something incredible with many historical relics each of which tells a story. A true heritage of the island. We will return!

Excellent restaurant for its location on the sea and excellent cuisine with local products, especially fish, served with kindness and considerable professionalism by Santino and his collaborators. As an added value, the annexed football museum, unique in its kind. A restaurant that I always recommend to my friends and colleagues.

At Santino it's a double experience. A journey into taste even just by tasting the truly excellent pasta they offer. We took some penne with Salina flavors to which we added some tuna and spaghetti with aubergines, swordfish and divine cherry tomatoes.
The other side of the journey is listening to Santino who guided us into his kingdom: his football museum which is incredible. With meticulous passion he set up some rooms with t-shirts, boots, balls and gloves used by the champions in their official matches. A gem that embellishes the excellent culinary experience.
