I was expecting a standard pizzeria, but instead I found a very pleasant place with a friendly atmosphere and service from young, motivated people. The pizza was unusual but very good and sophisticated—truly a real surprise! The beers were excellent too!

...I've already expressed positive opinions...on other occasions. Lately...I feel like offering a few suggestions...as an old...very old customer of La Gatta. Last night we had a montanara (I think...) and a three-piece tasting. Chewy dough. (The main reason for coming to 183 is the crunchiness...quite unique. Then everything was cold...which obviously increased the feeling of rubberiness. Besides, there were 12 of us...so assuming that was the cause of the mess...no way. Any advice? Serve on very hot plates or hotplates... Then the ingredients are quality...but..."too many"...and too abundant. And too much is bad. These are suggestions...not criticisms. A little bit of cleverness is enough to please the customer... I remember that at Gatta we couldn't resist a second round. Last night we left more than half...everything there. Anyway, I'm pleased to see that the manager or owner reads and responds with great emphasis...it means that professional pride is still very much present! Nothing is worse than indifference!! Business dinner: they don't just have pizza, but also other things. Very good and unique pizza, the dessert was also very good, and the service was excellent, especially the waitress Alessia and the cashier. The price might be a little high, but it's justified by the excellent quality of the ingredients.

Excellent pizzeria and restaurant! I've been there several times for pizza. Not the classic one, but they have thick slices, delicious! I've also tried a few dishes from the kitchen and have always had great food. The desserts are quite expensive, even for the portions. The atmosphere is refined, and the service is always very friendly!

They make pizza by the slice, which is good. They also have gluten-free dough. The service was really friendly, we'll definitely be back. The prices are fair.
