We stayed for the night of November 8, 2025. We also had dinner in a very charming location, with excellent dishes, served by courteous and competent staff. The full breakfast rounded off our stay very well! Recommended place.

Wine pairings are highly recommended! The dishes themselves are not only delicious but also true works of art – each creation unique, bursting with flavor, and prepared with meticulous attention to detail. The service is attentive, personal, and conveys genuine Italian hospitality – you're not simply processed here, but pampered from start to finish. The prices are more than fair for this quality. A wonderful evening in a fantastic atmosphere – absolutely recommended! We'll definitely be back. ❤️

A beautiful hotel with a matching restaurant, a wonderful atmosphere in an old abbey. Excellent food, parking, peace and quiet... and Parma/Bussetto nearby.

A place that immerses you in the history of the area and welcomes you in a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the background music at breakfast, which was appropriate and very relaxing. Friendliness and quality at the table. I hope to find a place in October when I return to the area.

We stayed with them for one night. Unfortunately, we were planning on staying longer, but due to a serious family issue, we had to leave. Up until that point, the only problem was the bed being too hard, but after explaining the problem, we didn't receive the empathy and support we were hoping for. This was all justified by an unsolicited courtesy shown upon arrival. The location is good, and the food is excellent.

A wonderful interlude in this establishment, renovated with respect for the authenticity of the stone. Simple rooms, impeccable bedding. The restaurant is a very pleasant surprise. Warm welcome and excellent advice, appetizers to while away the hours. Local products, prepared with finesse and creativity, full of flavors. Varied wine list, very affordable prices. Hats off, beautiful work.

09/11/2025: We were here for lunch today at Trovatore. We organized a trip to Parma and contacted this restaurant. The menu was €30.00, including mixed cold cuts, an omelette, two first courses, water, and a sbrisolona. The portions were truly ridiculous: 5 ravioli per person and 4 small bowls of gnocchi for a table of 26 people. Dessert was served on three shared plates with a couple of bowls of mascarpone cream. Obviously, it wasn't enough for the whole table. But unfortunately, it was all gone. There wasn't any left... ridiculous... we told the owner, who pretended to apologize... but by then he'd pocketed the money and didn't even bother to offer us a coffee... disappointing. It's obvious we won't be returning, and above all, we won't speak highly of the place. I'm sorry because he lost out on a few more portions... shame.
