Found this restaurant through the AIC app for celiacs. You can eat whatever you want, from pizza to burgers, meat, and dessert, and it's all homemade. The pulled pork burger is worth it, and the gluten-free bread is one of the best I've ever had. For dessert, I had the homemade tart, a rarity! Light pizza, top-quality ingredients. The local ham is truly delicious. The owner is friendly and approachable. Pets are welcome (German Shepherd). We'll definitely be back 👍🏻

A modern restaurant with well-organized spaces, spacious and very comfortable. The atmosphere features very pleasant soft music. The welcome was very attentive. We chose this restaurant to try the meat, which we are passionate about and picky about. The cut, cooking, and quality were excellent, accompanied by hand-cut potatoes, perfectly baked in the oven. The price was in line with the amount consumed. We highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back.

The best meat I've ever eaten! It melts in your mouth, super tender, the staff is attentive and qualified, the owner has a huge passion and it shows in the care and selection of top-quality cuts of meat, even halal (with all the necessary certifications) which is very difficult to find. Obviously not just meat but also delicious first courses, super light pizza, and a wide selection of cheeses, etc. And do you want to not add a little dessert at the end? Their pandorini and panettone filled with ice cream are out of this world!!! Wide selection of their own ice creams too. Speechless, Highly recommended ❤️ congratulations

We dined here on 10/10/2025, it wasn't my first time, we were very very satisfied with the food, starting with the Angus carpaccio, continuing with other varieties, and concluding with a truly exceptional Slavia steak, all accompanied by a wine from the Bolgheri Opera Omnia winery that few can offer.

08/12/2025: I wanted to hug the chef, but I was really too full. There were seven of us. The regular dishes were good, the truffle dishes were good, the snail dishes were good. There's an impressive variety of choices, and everything we ordered was good. The meat—wild boar, lamb, chicken wings—was all juicy, tender, and flavorful without being overly flavorful. The sauces were excellent, in the case of goose, truffle, snails, and a simple red wine. We finished with semifreddo and a special spoletina. The house red wine was strong but pleasant. The limoncello and grappa were special, especially the grappa, which was very smooth. I really appreciated it. It was my first time, but I really hope it won't be my last. I forgot to mention the very courteous, fast, and helpful service. Exceptional people. I want to go back! I hope I'll be in time.... Photo of the snail menu.
04/10/2025: A sensational, unique, and authentic experience! Everything was exceptionally good, from the appetizers to the coffee, from the first courses to the second courses, from the side dishes to the dessert! The location is neat and welcoming, the service is very friendly and attentive to every request. The final bill was excellent! We will definitely be back!
