20/03/2026: A must-see! Whether it's our destination or just a stopover, this place is a must-see. On our way home from a vacation in Trieste, we couldn't miss it. A couple of years ago, the business changed management, maintaining the incredible atmosphere and improving the quality of service. Today (Friday), Rebecca and Giacomo elegantly recommended, served, and told us the history of the wines we drank while offering us an exceptional mixed platter. The location is modern but embodies the rustic style of times gone by, making every drink truly memorable. Giacomo is a good host, ready to put you at ease with his savoir-faire, while Rebecca is smart, skilled, and possesses a professional mindset and strategic vision that is truly rare these days.
