25/01/2025: The place itself is nice and the food is not bad but the real problem is the service if you are not at the beginning of the room the meat never arrives with waiting times before some leftover meat even of 30 bar 40 minutes , from my point of view it is not acceptable, there is a complete lack of organization of where to start the rounds of meat to provide them equally to everyone.

02/02/2025: Last night, with a group of eight friends, we went to your restaurant for dinner. Everything was fine until the waitress came to take the order. First of all, in a rather abrupt manner (I had to ask her to repeat because I didn't understand what she was saying), she explained to us that it was not possible for just one person to take the "unlimited" menu, fearing that the others might take advantage of it by "stealing" some cold cuts extra from the plate. So far, we can also understand. The real problem arose when my son said he wouldn't eat. At that point, the waitress started saying that if she had noticed that the boy (one of the eight at the table) had tasted even just one tigella, she would have charged us for an entire menu more. Despite my insistence that we understood and that the boy would not eat anything, she continued to repeat that she would check the table and that we should not complain if we found an extra menu on the bill. At that point, I reiterated that we understood and told her she could go (her decidedly RUDE and INSISTENT behavior had me very upset). In response, the waitress told us that if we didn't like it, we could just get up and leave! Which, fortunately, we did! I will NEVER set foot in this place again! I think that losing a table of seven people (in addition to the possibility of us returning to dinner) cost the owner much more than the "risk" of losing a tigella.

06/10/2024: I wasn't familiar with the place, even though it has been around for decades (from what we were told by the employees). We were attracted by the proposal of cutting boards with FRIED GNOCCO, we chose the NO STOP proposal. The place is very nice and well kept, a single room with several tables for 2/3 people, and only some tables for 4/6 people. On a Saturday evening, at 8.00 pm, 9 tables will have been occupied in the entire room, a quiet evening until 9.40 pm SERVICE it was made up of only 2 waitresses in the room and not present to check the status of the tables, especially for a NO STOP service, as they say. COURSE (table of 4)(€22 each) the first round arrives with the sauces, sweet and savory, plus an extra one chosen by us (with an extra cost of €2.50). We chose 2 platters of cold cuts, 1 platter of vegetables, 1 platter of cheese, plus as an extra we took a platter of lard (with an extra price of €6.00). 2 baskets of TIGELLE and 1 basket with 4 FRIED DUMPINGS. (Everything OK). The problem came from the second round until the end, because the lack of a room that ran to check and verify the request for the courses happened, plus we asked to bring an extra portion of FRIED GNOCCO, but we were told that the company policy it is not possible to bring more than 1 per person per round, but if as he put them on the table he could very well have made another round because they were already eaten, if in the meantime the round of cutting boards, when they were finished, we cannot reorder the next round because there weren't enough people and what was there wasn't prepared to face the NO STOP MENU, because STOP was only service.
