07/01/2025: Great place for post climbing snack. Cheap prices and good food but sometimes the service is painfully slow

05/01/2025: Starting from the assumption that tastes are tastes and therefore questionable, we came across this tavern by chance following a traffic jam on the A22. From an environmental point of view I gave it 3 stars because I found it spartan but welcoming. Since it is a grocery store with deli and seating (around 13 tables), it is also possible to buy their ready meals and do a little shopping if necessary. As for the service, 45 min. waiting with a 4 year old girl to have the first (and only) courses is, in my opinion, an eternity. The young and friendly waitress didn't know how some of the dishes on the menu were prepared and didn't even bother to find out, hence 1 star. Ordered a plate of lasagne (in Veneto it would be fettuccine) with hare, a plate of cod and polenta and some salà meat with beans and onion. The lasagna is quite good, the cod and polenta are very salty (the polenta is inedible) and the salà meat is overcooked considering that it is a marinated meat that could also be eaten raw. This is why the 2 stars. 1 coffee, 1 sparkling water, a coke 0.53 euros. I would say good price if the food had been better.

20/10/2024: I recommend this place for the location and the excellent food, the courses are plentiful, the mixed meat grill is good, starters of cold cuts and cheeses with mustard and the sauces are truly exquisite, the quality of the products is immediately noticeable, the limoncello made is good homemade with Sicilian lemons.

19/09/2024: Lovely position, very spacious and friendly service but disappointing food, especially considering the prices. If they tidied the flower-beds, dusted the cobwebs and made sure the bathrooms had soap it would make a better impression too. A pity.
