28/02/2025: I went for the first time to get two takeaway pizzas, having heard a good name, I wanted to try it. The staff were friendly but the lady behind the register didn't even say good evening and said anyway she'll be pissed. I bring the pizzas home and see the receipt, apart from the price a little more than average, I see €0.45 for two pizza boxes in the bill. I started laughing. The quality of the pizza was just that unique specialty but a normal pizza. They don't see me anymore anyway

19/01/2025: I grew up with curra pizza, better value for money than Alba and it's the only one I can stomach. The farinata is also very good!! I recommend it and if you get the pizza here, you're on the safe side!

10/05/2025: Excellent takeaway pizzeria, with high quality pizzas and ingredients. They also sell bread made by them, with flours of various seeds and types.

CHARGING AN EXTRA SUPPLEMENT BECAUSE TODAY THERE IS A FAIR (AMONG THESE SITTING INSIDE AT TIME WHEN NO ONE WAS THERE) IS ABSURD... I ASK THE REASON WHY: ANSWER, BECAUSE TODAY IS A BIG AND FAIR CELEBRATION BUT FROM TOMORROW THE NORMAL PRICE WILL BE BACK.. SO THE OUTSIDE STAFF HAS TO PAY THE CUSTOMER? THE TABLES OUTSIDE ARE ALSO THERE IN THE DAYS PREVIOUS TO THE FAIR.... SHAMEFUL.... VERY DISAPPOINTED... IN SOME PEOPLE ALWAYS REVEAL THEMSELVES... NEVER AGAIN

Antonia è stata attenta ad ogni dettaglio, ci ha accolto fin da subito con squisita disponibilità, facendoci sentire a casa. Con gentilezza e professionalità, mettendoci cuore e impegno, ci ha attivamente guidato con cura per la piena riuscita della nostra festa. Abbiamo avuto da tutti i partecipanti riscontri positivi sulla qualità dei piatti, sull'ottimo allestimento della location e sul servizio ricevuto ai tavoli.Consigliamo La Gassa a pieni voti! ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
