08/10/2025: A truly comfortable, well-maintained place, with welcoming, attentive, and professional staff.
I chose the set menu, and I must say it was truly quality. The service was fast. The food was truly good, perfectly cooked and flavorful.
02/10/2025: I went for a midweek lunch, intrigued by the reviews and photos. I ordered à la carte despite the daily menu, hoping for better selection and quality.
I chose tagliolini allo scoglio, which, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with because it had a bad taste. The fish seemed anything but fresh, perhaps something pre-packaged. I ate half the dish.
I was sadly disappointed.
The only positive note was the very friendly staff.

28/09/2025: Everything was excellent! Highly recommended. We happened to pass by last night and stopped for a bite. The donkey stew was delicious, it melted in your mouth. The burger was excellent and tasty. The gnocchi with ragù were equally delicious. We went back tonight and tried the club sandwich too, excellent!! We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again.

09/08/2025: Today I went to an ice cream shop. I come often because the ice cream is very good and the ingredients are high-quality! You can taste it at first bite.
Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the service today.
Normally, when I go to an ice cream shop, there are two kind, smiling blonde girls who welcome me and serve me ice cream with a smile. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case tonight (there was a new girl with dark hair).
I want to point this out because I find it more enjoyable to come and get ice cream when it's served with a smile!
Neither my husband nor I were satisfied, and it's a shame because the ice cream is truly excellent and I recommend it to everyone. 😊
09/08/2025: Finally, a good gelateria in San Stino, offering new flavors frequently and experimenting with combinations and flavors. I was served by a brunette with curly hair, who was friendly and courteous. I'm telling all my friends about the gelateria, and they've been incredibly satisfied. The prices are fair for the quality of the products and the effort they put in (unlike others that increase the price of their gelato year after year, while remaining the same, subpar).

31/08/2025: We went to this place for dinner and were pleased with the service and food. When paying, we noticed the ATM wasn't working... since there were several people there, we wanted to keep separate bills. The lady at the cashier, in addition to being rude, didn't allow it. I can understand if there had been a line to pay, but it was just us and we didn't see any sign prohibiting separate bills... it's a shame because other than that, we had a great time.

Stopped for a bite on the way from Venice to the campsite. The trip was worth it. The staff was really friendly. The seating was comfortable.

Friendly and polite staff.

23/05/2025: Abbiamo celebrato e festeggiato a La Gassa il nostro matrimonio civile: ad Antonia ed ai suoi collaboratori 5 stelle su 5 meritatissime. Antonia è stata attenta ad ogni dettaglio, ci ha accolto fin da subito con squisita disponibilità, facendoci sentire a casa. Con gentilezza e professionalità, mettendoci cuore e impegno, ci ha attivamente guidato con cura per la piena riuscita della nostra festa. Abbiamo avuto da tutti i partecipanti riscontri positivi sulla qualità dei piatti, sull'ottimo allestimento della location e sul servizio ricevuto ai tavoli.Consigliamo La Gassa a pieni voti! ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

It's a shame because we always used to go here for pizzas...

24/08/2025: I was here on a Sunday evening and they are shameful, chips that could have been left in the kitchen because they were so limp, pizzas that after an hour and a half of waiting still had to arrive and cooked with an electric oven, strongly not recommended

22/09/2025: I had their pizza for the first time this evening. One classic and one on a peel. I have to say I liked the one on a peel better, it was really good. I liked the classic pizza less only because I'm used to a thinner dough, but in any case it was a well-topped, quality pizza. The ingredients used for the toppings are definitely higher quality than other takeout pizzerias. Simple, delicious mushrooms, you'd be hard pressed to find them like that! The home delivery service is also excellent.
