23/09/2025: I've been frequenting Ristorante Albertini since 1982 (I can't thank the colleague who took me there the first time enough). It's always been perfect, starting with the welcome: always friendly and professional without ever becoming "distant." The cuisine, then, is a guarantee of consistency. The dishes are always delicious and beautiful to look at. The wine cellar, stocked with excellent, high-quality labels, guarantees the perfect pairing for every dish. I won't even list my favorites; I could choose blindly and know I'd never go wrong. What can I say, there are only five stars and I can't give more. Anyway, let's make it 10!

11/01/2026: The place was very pleasant, as was the staff. Very clean. I have to compliment them because everything I ate was truly fabulous. Something hard to find around. For me, it's the best restaurant I've tried so far. The food, besides being high-quality, was sublimely cooked. The red wine was very good. I'd give it 12 out of 10, and 9 out of 10 for the tiramisu. I thought this dish lacked a bit of coffee and the cream was too whipped (maybe there was cream), but it was still good. I hope it continues like this. Congratulations.

19/12/2025: Low prices! Fast service, friendly and courteous waitresses, large and hearty pizza, very reminiscent of a flaky pizza, the crust is the best part. The quality of the ingredients wasn't excellent, and I'll explain why: the tomato was very sweet and had tiny pieces like those in expensive brands of tomato sauce, the mozzarella was extremely stringy and hearty but lacking in flavor, and the distribution of the ingredients was uneven, especially on the two pizzas I didn't photograph because they weren't as beautiful as the ones included in the review. I especially strongly advise against the sausage and fries. But I think all of this is normal, given the compromises a business makes based on its goals. It's normal for the pizzas to be uneven because you have a high capacity and serve very quickly. I know the prices of raw materials at all price points because I work in the restaurant industry, and the effort you make is incredibly commendable! In any case, I gave it 4 stars because, all things considered, it was a satisfying dinner!

16/11/2025: My experience at Antica Osteria alla Pisoera. Excellent food and beautiful presentation, with a great wine selection. It's a shame about the portions, which are a bit small if you're very hungry. The service is top-notch: the staff is friendly and helpful, and the welcome was excellent. The only real downside is the prices, which are decidedly high. The food is good, that's for sure, but you pay dearly for the quantity.

15/11/2025: The restaurant is new or recently renovated, and I'd say it's family-run. The menu is short and high-quality. I really enjoyed the bigoli and the ribs. The tagliata wasn't particularly tender, but it was cooked well, although the mushrooms were hard to taste in the flan. The wine by the glass was good.

18/11/2025: Quiet, well-kept atmosphere, and friendly staff. Parking isn't exactly easy, but not impossible. They offer carefully prepared, unique, and innovative dishes. The food is good despite (in my opinion) the limited selection. Prices are a bit high, but I'd gladly return.

10/10/2025: To our tastes. We went for the first time on Thursday evening for pizza. The place was neither praiseworthy nor infamous, and it was half-full. Unfortunately, smiles aren't expected. The food was poor; the pizza dough was too thin and lacked even the slightest bit of crust. The red beer was too light and lacked the head, which is essential for a beer. The price is competitive. I wouldn't recommend it.

24/11/2025: An old-fashioned osteria... we've been coming to this place for a few years now, with its warm and perfectly cheesy atmosphere. The food is always excellent, perfectly cooked, perfectly spiced, and bursting with flavor, just as it should be! The dishes are presented like a Michelin-starred restaurant, and served with care and great kindness! The customer is always served and never left alone. The portions are always plentiful for big eaters like us! The prices are very fair given the excellent quality and quantity. The owners and waiters are very kind. Highly recommended!

06/11/2025: It has everything you'd expect from an osteria: the food is good, and there's a fantastic selection of exquisitely prepared traditional dishes and appetizers. The wine is good, and so is the water. But if you're going to an osteria for water, ask yourself a question: the host is great and friendly, the cashier is really nice and kind... what else do you need to feel good?
