13/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, and I have to say I don't understand those who say the quality-price ratio is poor. I'd say the opposite: they give you too much food for that price. The location is fantastic, the staff is very kind, the food is delicious, but man... too much. I would omit a first course or even two to better savor everything and shorten the dinner time. People were tired and too full. Some left without seeing the end because they were exhausted. In this era of optimizing food resources, I find it a waste of energy and raw materials. In a location that takes you so far back in time, it would be nice to remember that once upon a time, a dinner like this could only be found at Versailles and not in a mill. I would also reduce the number of seats. Too many people, there were tables where there shouldn't be tables but spaces designed for people to pass by. The elegance and intimacy of the place are lost, creating a situation of elbowing and it feels like the movie "La Grande Bouffe". Vulgar in such an intimate setting. I advise restaurateurs to easily raise the price to 100 euros (they'll spend that anyway because the flowers and candles alone are worth that much), remove one or two dishes, and offer a more exclusive and less chaotic service. It's less of an effort for you and people get less tired, but they try everything because it's all delicious and worth it. I would go back to the origins of how you started, where it felt like a big family in a mill, not at a carnival. Anyway, truly amazing congratulations and very well done.

13/10/2025: Locanda Rosa Rosae proved to be the perfect setting for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, the service was impeccable, and the location added a magical touch to the event. We highly recommend it for a special occasion.

Avevamo un ottimo menù, composto da 2 antipasti, 3 primi, 2 secondi e contorni, torta e buffet di pasticcini, tutto squisito che tutti i nostri ospiti sono rimasti molto soddisfatti e con la pancia piena. Ottimo servizio, ottime soluzioni e attenzioni ai parecchi ospiti con allergie/intolleranze alimentari, e ottime disponibilità per le richieste del menù bimbi per i bambini presenti. 21/06/2025: We celebrated our wedding a few days ago, and everything was perfect, from the welcome buffet to the final cake. We had an excellent menu, consisting of 2 appetizers, 3 first courses, 2 second courses and side dishes, cake and pastry buffet, all delicious that all our guests were very satisfied and with full bellies. Excellent service, excellent solutions and attention to the many guests with allergies/food intolerances, and excellent availability for requests for the children's menu for the children present. 16/08/2025: A great time with family from the Var and the North. We loved the welcome and the typical atmosphere of the region. There were 6 of us and we had an aperitif, wine, main course, etc. for 100 euros in total with a digestif offered by the owner who is very kind. I recommend the Classic focaccia, the seafood pasta (13 euros), the excellent Bolognese pasta, the beef tagliata to die for, it was so good. The pizza between 3 and 8 euros, pure happiness. I advise the French to discover this place because it is a unique moment with fresh products and a great team. As soon as we return to Treviso, a stop will be obligatory for a meal. 09/10/2025: No way! Staff who wouldn't even smile if they paid for it. A mini sandwich for €2.50, and the "eggs and asparagus" dish even had pieces of shell! When I reported it, the response was "Well, it happens sometimes..." Oh well, no comment! 😅

06/09/2025: It's a classic family-run pizzeria, and that's what makes it special: a quiet atmosphere and friendly service. But the pizza... you have to work hard on the dough because everything is really wrong, probably the ingredients, the manufacturing process, the yeast, and the small, oval shape.
