15/07/2025: Beautiful Osteria, practically a sort of agriturismo, housed in a lovely old farmhouse, with an elegant and relaxing front garden and porch. The service is excellent and the prices are fair. The menu is varied and offers many dishes of guaranteed quality. Some are a bit heavy, at least in summer, if I may say so. I stumbled upon it by chance during a business trip. I will gladly return and recommend it.

13/08/2025: For my partner's birthday, I was looking for a special place... something more than just a dinner out. Locanda Rosa Rosae was much, much more: a journey of the senses, of hospitality, of beauty. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a sincere smile and a rare kindness. Elisabetta and Silvio are two wonderful people, who put love into every detail. You immediately sense that the Locanda isn't just a place where people work: it's a place lived in, cared for with soul, designed to excite. The entire staff was thoughtful and attentive, with discretion and warmth. The atmosphere is truly magical. The dinner room was a candlelit dream: soft lighting, elegantly set tables, rustic and refined details coexisting in perfect balance. The aroma of freshly baked bread, the background music, the fresh flowers, the exposed beams... everything seemed to have come straight from a painting. A whispered intimacy, romantic yet never affected, that makes you forget the world outside. Dinner was an experience in itself: generous, carefully prepared, authentic courses that spoke of the region and a sincere, respectful, and generous culinary philosophy. Heart-warming dishes, accompanied by impeccable service and a perfectly selected glass of wine. We decided to stay overnight, and... it couldn't have been a more appropriate choice. The room was a journey through time, with period furniture, scented sheets, warm lighting, wrought iron and antique wood details that told stories. The feeling was that of being guests in a house from another era, one that almost no longer exists. Waking up there, with the morning light filtering through the thin curtains, was the perfect ending. But beware: this is not a place for those in a hurry. Those arriving with a watch on their wrist and anxious about a "quick dinner" will struggle to understand. You come here to slow down, to breathe, to be surprised. It's a place that invites you to stay, to listen to the silence, to enjoy the present with all five senses. A heartfelt thank you to Elisabetta, Silvio, and all the staff for making this birthday so special. We took away a precious memory, and we already dream of returning. Rating: 10/10, no ifs, ands, or buts. A place for the soul. 💫

30/07/2025: It was my fourth time at this restaurant, and the food has always been good. The wait was long, but the food was good. This time, after waiting an hour for three cold appetizers, the flavor and freshness of the Mazara red shrimp was missing. Moreover, they left the intestines in one of the shrimp. The tuna steak was good, the grilled scorpionfish was adequate, and the dessert was delicious. But the icing on the cake was when we asked for the bill. We weren't even offered a liqueur or a small discount for my intestinal problem. When paying by debit card, I noticed he had written 100 euros instead of 190. I pointed out the mistake, as was right, but I wasn't offered or deducted anything on that either. Small gestures that make a difference. They'll never see me again.

22/06/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio pochi giorni fa, ed è stato tutto perfetto, dal buffet di benvenuto, alla torta finale. Avevamo un ottimo menù, composto da 2 antipasti, 3 primi, 2 secondi e contorni, torta e buffet di pasticcini, tutto squisito che tutti i nostri ospiti sono rimasti molto soddisfatti e con la pancia piena. Ottimo servizio, ottime soluzioni e attenzioni ai parecchi ospiti con allergie/intolleranze alimentari, e ottime disponibilità per le richieste del menù bimbi per i bambini presenti. Superlativa la gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff

21/06/2025: We celebrated our wedding a few days ago, and everything was perfect, from the welcome buffet to the final cake. We had an excellent menu, consisting of 2 appetizers, 3 first courses, 2 second courses and side dishes, cake and pastry buffet, all delicious that all our guests were very satisfied and with full bellies. Excellent service, excellent solutions and attention to the many guests with allergies/food intolerances, and excellent availability for requests for the children's menu for the children present. The kindness and availability of all the staff were superb

29/05/2025: I have to say that from the location and the outside, I wouldn't have given it much... instead I have to change my mind. I admit that some things should be reviewed (like gazebos and tents), but in any case they turned out to be very clean, friendly, nice and hospitable but above all good. Homemade pasta and a "restricted" but effective menu proposal. Recommended!

28/06/2025: A simple pizzeria "like it used to be" in the truest sense of the word. Super friendly service, a recommendation for a seat (not directly under the air conditioning), an English menu without even asking, and, of course, most importantly, super delicious food and excellent Prosecco! This is our second time here, and certainly won't be the last!

27/07/2025: A truly pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming from the moment we arrived, with a friendly demeanor and great availability throughout the service. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, and the food exceeded expectations: beautifully presented dishes, generous portions, and authentic flavors. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to preparation are evident. The price was also a pleasant surprise: more than fair considering the overall quality. I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.

But the four people behind the bar didn't look anyone in the eye, and we waited 10 minutes JUST TO BE NOTICED, not even to order, with only two customers at the bar. No consideration, haughty behavior that, despite the quality of the food, doesn't encourage me to return, since there are other places where the food is good.
