08/02/2025: Had dinner a couple of times with different people but in both cases shared homogeneous opinions: good food and wine proposal which takes the form of dishes prepared with excellent raw materials which in turn are enhanced by a nice plating, presence of a variety of good wines. Service entrusted to young dining room staff who puts customers at ease and constantly follows without ever being intrusive. Clean environment with sober furnishings and a more than satisfactory mise en place.

15/02/2025: Fairytale setting! This place… no words can describe it. Romantic, loving, kind, magical, creative, unique, passionate, mesmerising these are just a few of the words that come to mind! The personal touch hospitality like no other! We arrived early and were greeted by Elisabetta who was so kind and nothing was too much. She offered us a seat, a bottle of Prosecco with dried fruits and nuts. She presented our room to us which was by far the most romantic room I’ve ever stayed in, one of four bedrooms. This water mill from 1750 has been lovingly renovated by Silvio and Elisabetta into something truly Magical. Their love and dedication to this is evident throughout the entire building with the backdrop of their vineyard. I would highly recommend staying and enjoying the 5 courses for €90 per person inclusive of all drinks (Prosecco, wine from their vineyard, beer etc) This is an unforgettable experience with a wide variety of foods chosen by the dedicated staff, no menu provided which makes this so unique. The place is transformed by night into a candlelit fairytale. You won’t find this place advertised as it’s a secret! We were lucky enough to find it. Rosa Rosae will always bring back fond memories until we return. 24 hours later and I’m still buzzing about this place and Elisabetta who is just the best!!! Thank you so much and look forward to returning in the summer. #perfect imperfections❤️

05/02/2025: Typical Venetian cuisine restaurant with a family atmosphere. Traditional dishes with good quality products. Excellent boiled meat served with two typical sauces: horseradish and oil and parsley sauce, broth with tortellini, roasted guinea fowl, cooked and raw vegetables. The meat is tender and juicy. Excellent to return as soon as possible. Excellent value for money.

19/01/2025: Mi rifaccio alla recensione di alessandro t Venerdì sera, locale vuoto (il che non significa nulla perché ci sono posti che ti fanno sentire ospite anche se sei l’unico), piatti nella media (ma prezzi elevati). La serata più surreale mai vissuta, una freddezza e un distacco mai visti.. se sai che il locale è vuoto e potremmo passare una serata così imbarazzante, mi chiami e mi avvisi. Sarò io a scegliere se rischiare. Sono dell’idea che se uno ha l’ambizione di gestire un locale, deve innanzitutto: 1) essere accogliente e caloroso 2) sopperire alle eventuali mancanze con strumenti “umani” (me ne faccio poco di un posto tenuto come una reggia se mi sento “di troppo” 3) saper trasmettere l’anima di quel posto per farti tornare 4) il prodotto è alla fine perché ci sono altre priorità Grande delusione Per fortuna dopo siamo andati in un posto dove fanno i cannoli siciliani e i titolari sono calorosi e cordiali, almeno ci siamo riscaldati un po’ il cuore

02/02/2025: Excellent Old Wild West in San Biagio di Callalta, we had a really good time. The garnish of the fresh dishes is excellent, all the staff who are available to the customer are excellent. Well done everyone really.

19/01/2025: The place is very large and beautiful, but the spritz at €4.5 is very exaggerated! Not even in Venice does it cost that much... with some bagged chips that are also a little old... honestly, if I were to go back I certainly wouldn't get the spritz.

Furnished with great taste, the private rooms, the very elegant tatami mats, the room and the kitchen and the open cellar, lots of attention to detail in the service and truly excellent quality in the dishes I ordered. I think that in the evening it gives even more on a visual level because I must say it is very refined. Well done!

28/01/2025: I went there for the first time for my mother's birthday with my family. All the traditional Venetian dishes are good, well prepared and of high quality. Good with the service, fast and friendly. Definitely coming back
