01/06/2026: The history of the place begins in 1470, when Marco da Polpet received permission to open an inn – hospitia – in San Boldo. We were not present at the opening, but we were lucky enough to have dinner at this place a week ago.
Smiling, patient service, patient explanation of the dishes, and then a very delicious dinner in the end.
The quality of the food, the flavors, the wines… Everything was very delicious.
The place is absolutely recommended.
