As for the quality, there's no doubt about it: the fish is incredibly fresh. The restaurant is run by a young couple; Lisa takes orders, assisted by a very attentive staff, while her husband works in the kitchen. Lisa, the owner, tells me about the careful selection her husband makes when it comes to purchasing fish. Prices are in line with good restaurants outside the city.

If you want to enjoy local cuisine, Hostaria is the perfect choice. Whoever recommended this place to us was right. Authentic cuisine, tasty dishes, and a warm welcome that immediately makes you feel like part of the family. What can I say? When we want excellent seafood at a great price, we always go there, even 2-3 times a year. Reservations are recommended; the restaurant is very popular. As for what to eat, I can say it depends on your tastes, but everything is delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the setting was beautiful both inside and out. A fantastic, majestic tree made the exterior truly evocative. Perfectly positioned, we enjoyed the warm sunset light from the beautifully positioned furnishings. 💜

01/06/2026: The history of the place begins in 1470, when Marco da Polpet received permission to open an inn – hospitia – in San Boldo. We were not present at the opening, but we were lucky enough to have dinner at this place a week ago. Smiling, patient service, patient explanation of the dishes, and then a very delicious dinner in the end. The quality of the food, the flavors, the wines… Everything was very delicious.
