When you leave you are always satisfied including the locations and the kindness of the staff who work there. Advised

04/02/2024: I was there many years ago, the food was good, I went back a few days ago and I must say that I was completely disappointed, we had lunch in an anonymous and cold room, we had 2 starters, a beef tartare (ice cold) and a stuffed artichoke (without praise or infamy), a second course of vegetables only (such as parmigiana) and a first course of calamarata with calamari (without flavour) water and 2 coffees (served in two dirty cups) spending almost €80.00. there were many workers at lunch and probably they can't take care of everything, maybe the evening is better.

05/02/2024: Questa osteria/trattoria è perfetta per una serata in coppia e/o con amici per una cena semplice, ma curata nei dettagli. Il personale è sempre molto carino e cordiale nel proporti le specialità consigliandoti al meglio. Veloci e sorridenti. Le pietanze sono sempre abbondanti e mi hanno sempre entusiasmata. E' un ambiente confortevole e caldo. Ogni volta chiedo come antipasto i crostini con il dentice ed è sempre favoloso. Consiglio anche la carne: tagliata e filetto sempre strepitosi.

16/03/2024: Siamo stati a cena stasera con amici. Ristorante molto carino e accogliente, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Prezzi ottimi per la qualità del prodotto, la pizza era davvero buonissima. Io ho preso una burrata con impasto napoletano, veramente buona. Anche le altre persone al mio tavolo erano molto soddisfatte. Consiglierò sicuramente!

06/03/2024: I was recently at the Pasticceria "Il Fondente" and I must say that the experience was absolutely delicious in every sense. Located in a cozy corner of the city, this patisserie truly embodies the art of Italian pastry making. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the inviting smell of freshly baked pastries and the sight of a vast selection of delicious treats on display. After carefully examining the options, I settled on three different pastries, each of which proved to be a masterpiece of taste and presentation. To accompany this feast for the palate, I chose to enjoy a high quality coffee, and I must say that it was an absolutely right decision. The coffee was rich, aromatic and perfectly brewed, a real treat for the senses. In addition to the impeccable quality of the products, the customer service was equally exceptional. The staff were courteous, attentive and knowledgeable about the different delights available, offering helpful advice and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Ultimately, my visit to the "Il Fondente" pastry shop was an unforgettable experience. If you're a fan of artisanal pastries and high-quality coffee, I can't recommend this hidden gem enough. Whether you are looking for a relaxing break during the day or a special place to delight your palate, "Il Fondente" is definitely the right place for you. 28/01/2024: Serata in tema bollito ottima preparazione e varietà, piatti abbondanti che mi è dispiaciuto avanzare ma non ho più 20 anni, personale preparato, gentilissimo e paziente. Già a novembre abbiamo potuto degustare una cena a base di oca, l'altra sera è stata una conferma. Locale confortevole e molto pulito. Complimenti a voi.
