16/10/2025: Beautiful experience, a place with great attention to detail, unique I would say, excellent menu and wine list, very kind and professional staff.

13/10/2025: I went there for my first birthday last October, and I've been back three more times since. What can I say? In my opinion, they've fully achieved their Michelin star rating. The service is top-notch, with excellent service and friendliness. The dishes are stunning, both visually and especially in the mouth. I highly recommend them. A heartfelt restaurant! Excellent value for money.

11/01/2026: Decent experience, with some doubts. Overall, the pizza wasn't bad, although it was too thin for my taste. The dough was a bit reminiscent of those air-filled, unsalted crackers: light, yes, but not very satisfying. The ingredients were good, but rather sparse, so much so that I didn't feel full and would have easily eaten another. The pizza also arrived cold, not hot as expected, and the fact that it arrived so quickly gave me the impression it had been prepared in advance... which leaves me a bit skeptical. The dessert, on the other hand, was very good: not exceptional, but certainly pleasant, so much so that we ordered it to "fill" that small gap in our hunger. The staff was really kind, friendly, and very good, nothing to complain about the service. The only real organizational flaw is that they don't take reservations: you have to show up and hope for a table, which honestly wasn't ideal. In conclusion, I've seen worse: it wasn't terrible, but with a few more ingredients, a pizza served hot, and a different management of reservations, the experience could be significantly improved.

04/01/2026: The restaurant is located on a hill with a stunning view of the valley. Excellent food. The fillet and tagliata are my favorites, but the other dishes are also top-notch. Sonia, the owner, is very kind and helpful. I recommend trying it.

28/12/2025: A historic trattoria discovered by instinct on a weekday evening...up on the hill, with a splendid Christmassy view and a bustling crowd! Excellent food, almost too generous, and friendly and welcoming staff. Their specialty is grilled meat! The dining room is beautifully set with traditional red and white napkins, and a Thun nativity scene welcomes guests as they enter the bar. The panoramic terrace is definitely worth a visit in the summer.

31/12/2025: Da Renata...a place that transcends the years. Knowing when to give it a makeover...so let's make it clear that anyone looking for a family atmosphere is right at home here. Thin, but not dry, pizza, tasty, and with just the right toppings. Good ingredients. Clean place, large, and very safe parking. Opposite the former Levada train station. Fair prices. Courtesy. Highly recommended.

06/01/2026: Pizzeria Don Matteo is housed in a beautifully restored 17th-century villa in Covolo di Pederobba. There are many rooms inside, but I can only review the veranda, which is where we were hosted. The veranda is located in front of the main facade on the left and is a large space with plenty of room inside, completely enclosed by sliding doors that can be opened during the summer. The large windows naturally let in plenty of light during the day. The restaurant offers both a pizza and a full-service menu. The pizzas looked inviting. We were guests at an event for which they had seating on the left and a space for karaoke or dancing with a DJ on the right. The menu we agreed upon was good, with a selection of appetizers and a second buffet of first courses. As for the appetizers, they were refilled several times to allow everyone to sample everything. The portions of the first courses were smaller, probably considering the appetizers were served first. All this, of course, was washed down with beer and prosecco. We were disappointed not to be able to try the cake, which arrived just as we were leaving, due to the continuation of the activities organized but not the fault of the manager. The entrance to the restaurant is on the ground floor, making it easy for both strollers and wheelchairs. I would consider the restaurant suitable for children, given the garden between the internal parking lot and the entrance. The restaurant has a parking lot inside the gate, in front of the entrance area with a limited number of spaces, but there is also a large free parking lot in an outdoor area adjacent to the entrance.

16/05/2025: Very good family restaurant. We were walking through Pederobba to explore the town and it was the only place we found open. We received excellent service and the food was delicious, featuring traditional Italian dishes. Since it's not a touristy place, it has a different atmosphere. The bathroom is in good condition, there are electrical outlets available, and the restrooms are in very good condition. They accept credit and debit cards. Highly recommended.
