04/12/2025: Pizza for a simple work breakfast, very well prepared with a great positive effect, especially at lunch... Totally digestible, no drowsiness. The tiramisu, provided as a well-deserved bonus, was also good.

13/10/2025: I went there for my first birthday last October, and I've been back three more times since. What can I say? In my opinion, they've fully achieved their Michelin star rating. The service is top-notch, with excellent service and friendliness. The dishes are stunning, both visually and especially in the mouth. I highly recommend them. A heartfelt restaurant! Excellent value for money.

18/11/2025: I often return to this place because, in addition to the excellent value for money, they make excellent pizzas. When you leave, you don't have that heavy feeling in your stomach and you feel full. They offer a set menu and at lunchtime it's always busy. I gave the ambiance 4 stars because, despite being welcoming, the outdoor veranda (November 18) felt a bit cold. However, they immediately turned on a lamp relative to the occupied table, and the staff is immediately available for any problems. I recommend it, and you know...where lots of workers go and you see trucks outside, it means the food is good!

06/11/2025: Pumpkin dinner evening. The 5⭐s are well deserved. From appetizers to dessert. Perfectly cooked risotto and tortelloni with toasted almond petals were truly top-notch. For me, eating at Cialt is always a guarantee. Kudos to the entire staff!!!

16/11/2025: I went to Trattoria San Bastian today. The food is good, the atmosphere is refined, and the service is friendly: nothing to complain about.
Unfortunately, I have to report a major disappointment: my dog, locked in her carrier, wasn't allowed in. Before coming, I checked the website and found no information about a policy prohibiting pets.
I also question whether the policy is there and I just didn't see it, but if so, it's not clearly communicated.
I find it absolutely legitimate for a restaurant to choose not to accept pets, but I believe it's essential to inform customers in advance, especially when small animals are kept in carriers. Transparent communication would avoid unpleasant situations and allow for an informed choice.
In conclusion: good food, but a rigid pet policy and a lack of clarity in communication are aspects that detracted from the overall experience.
08/11/2025: Fast service. Good quality. 2 points. The menu included 0.75-liter water, but the bill was 1-liter. I ordered the mixed grill without chicken but with an extra rib, which added a €1.50 markup.

16/05/2025: Very good family restaurant. We were walking through Pederobba to explore the town and it was the only place we found open. We received excellent service and the food was delicious, featuring traditional Italian dishes. Since it's not a touristy place, it has a different atmosphere. The bathroom is in good condition, there are electrical outlets available, and the restrooms are in very good condition. They accept credit and debit cards. Highly recommended.

29/11/2025: Two stars overall because the pizza I ate was good; the ones that aren't there are mainly because the prices aren't appropriate for what you get.
3 euros for a cover charge per person (including a 13-month-old who only had the pasta dish because she drank from my glass and didn't use the restaurant's cutlery or napkin), pizzas, classic 0.4L Forst Pilsner for 5.8 euros, sparkling water, 1 slice of chocolate and pear cake with a dollop of cream and a dollop of whipped cream for 6.5 euros, and (here's the reason I reviewed it) a scoop of very floury fior di latte ice cream—I don't know if that could be a sign of a semi-prepared product, but it wasn't palatable anyway—with a little strawberry jam on top (because you can smell wild strawberries from a mile away without seeing them) for 5 euros.
I almost forgot about the plate of penne with ragu for 10 euros when I asked for 30 grams of pasta for the little girl.
In short, 58 euros and 2 change (I took home the leftover pasta dish).
