04/01/2026: SUBSTANTIAL FINE CUISINE We've been returning to Gellius Restaurant for years, and each time we find it reassuring. The cuisine is classy, ​​precise, and distinctive. The open kitchen produces masterfully crafted masterpieces. The service is friendly and never intrusive, and the wine selection by the glass is consistent with the dishes. We were won over by the carpione sea bass, the tagliatelle with cavolo nero and hare, the spaghetti alla chitarra with truffle, and above all, the pigeon, which alone is worth the trip. The flavors are international yet firmly rooted in the region. The bill is substantial but absolutely in line with the offerings. The Michelin star is certainly no accident.

Everything was meticulously designed, from the tables and furnishings to the restrooms and background music. Excellent ingredients, a wide selection of wines. I recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
