I had the pleasure of trying a Galician Friesian steak, impeccably presented even before cooking: marbled meat, with an intense aroma and perfect seasoning. A true work of art for meat lovers. The cooking was masterfully executed, maintaining its juiciness and authentic flavor. Every bite spoke of the quality of the ingredients and the chef's attention to detail. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to offer me the best advice, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail but without being pretentious: a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. If you love meat and are looking for a restaurant where respect for the product and passion for cooking blend perfectly, Retro is a must. I will definitely be back!

14/08/2025: Good variety of flavors, good ice cream. It's a shame about the cushions on the outdoor benches...they're dirty.

03/09/2025: I came in to ask for just a simple coffee, it was 12.40, I went to the counter and asked for a plain coffee, hearing the waitress reply "I don't think it's the right time to ask for a coffee, this is lunch time", of course she was busy but to make a coffee it takes a few seconds, I apologized anyway, not understanding the reason for her rude response, I would have waited if she had asked me, I was in no hurry, anyway she made me the coffee a little pissed off when after 30 seconds 2 workers got up from their table and came to the counter where I was and asked for 2 coffees, but no one said anything to them... well, maybe I caught the wrong moment but you can't answer something like that to a customer, first and last time I'll go there, I'll do without drinking the coffee rather than be treated like that...

07/07/2025: Questo storico, piccolo ed eccellente locale a Casale sul Sile continua negli anni a proporre piatti perfetti. Super consigliato il menù degustazione. Marco e la sua famiglia noi li conosciamo da 33 anni da quando abbiamo fatto il nostro pranzo di nozze da loro. L'ospitalità, la gentilezza e l'accoglienza non sono mutate; il saper lavorare la materia prima sempre freschissima, senza stravolgerla anzi esaltandola, è sempre stata la loro priorità. La qualità è assolutamente in linea con il prezzo ,cosa che ai giorni nostri non sempre è scontata. Quindi ragazzi BRAVI anzi BRAVISSIMI , continuate così !!!!!!.

28/04/2025: Good morning Very nice place, welcoming dogs welcome, friendly and polite staff, unfortunately they don't have parking, however it's worth it if you're in the area, full menu €18.00. In the fixed price menu they sometimes also offer pizza of the day. All very good..

31/08/2025: An experience is the right word. Everything was excellent, top-quality, and carefully selected. From the fish cured meats to the off-menu dish of the day, which unleashed a blend of beautifully balanced flavors. I can't help but mention the service, with the staff very knowledgeable about the presentation of the dishes, the wine selection, and their pairings. If you're looking for something different rather than a traditional fish dinner, I highly recommend it. I personally will return.

26/08/2025: Seafood restaurant in the lovely little harbor of Casale sul Sile. Carefully prepared and beautifully presented dishes. Good wine list. Value for money could be better.
