31/12/2024: Già ospite per una ricorrenza(esperienza discreta) e ora per Natale con amici e famiglia...situazione imbarazzante e da dimenticare. All'accoglienza, tanto di rimprovero da parte del signore al ricevimento per un lapsus di 5 secondi del sottoscritto,inerente al nominativo della prenotazione,lo stesso signore che per tutta la durata del pranzo si è prodigato a chiedere ai commensali presenti come procedeva e per alcuni tavoli tra cui il nostro non si è degnato di uno sguardo.Iniziamo con l'antipasto con il must di un prosciutto di tacchino spacciato come specialità di produzione propria (petto lessato e stop) una fetta di crudo e una di soppressa altezza carta velina e un insalata invernale composta da due foglie di insalata con una fetta di carota cruda difficile da ingoiare. Primi:il risotto al dentissimo con zucca e zenzero o meglio allo zenzero...il pasticcio non male. Per il secondo un'ora di attesa per 3 pezzetti di tagliata fredda e 2 di fesa di vitello anch'essa fredda e patatine fritte molli e unte. Dolci buoni, a parte la macedonia di frutta esotica totalmente acerba. Posso capire il contesto del pranzo di Natale,difficoltoso da gestire per l'importante numero di conmensali presenti(sono stato nel settore della ristorazione),ma il risultato offerto e corrisposto in denaro non è giustificabile. Eppure questo storico ristorante ha delle valide recensioni e quindi mi chiedo perché un trattamento così mediocre? Probabilmente una giornata no,mi spiace.

16/12/2024: Nice location and nice place, at least as far as the upper rooms are concerned. We had dinner on the lower floor, the food was of sufficient quality, nothing particularly good to highlight. The wine was of low quality but obviously everything almost certainly depended on the limited budget invested by the company for the dinner. Very large parking outside.

15/12/2024: Hi everyone... I just finished Sunday lunch. Selected place because we were in the area.. Excellent choice... kindness, care and above all excellent food.... The dessert is sublime and particular: pear cooked in wine with paired ice cream... It will remain etched in the memory for a long time. We will definitely be back

30/11/2024: The il bastione restaurant is the classic restaurant of the past with excellent service and excellent quality for those who want to eat good fish near the Euganean hills. The location is very pretty at the foot of the hills and offers a beautiful view. The food is very good and the service is excellent. The prices are honest. As I have already said, the restaurant is from other times so the furnishings are a few years old. The environment is characteristic, clean and tidy, the rooms are large and offers the possibility even for large companies to have an excellent evening.

08/12/2024: I recommend this restaurant, excellent in every way. The owner is very competent and knows how to advise while still leaving full freedom of choice; very polite and kind staff, the location is wonderful and romantic, the service impeccable, good quality and choreographed dishes that give that touch of design that you don't expect. Serene and relaxing atmosphere, like being with family. Thank you all for giving us an unforgettable party.

01/12/2024: Quando entri da Mara ai Castelli non vai al ristorante, entri in famiglia. Qui ho festeggiato due momenti importanti della mia vita e sono stata felicissima della scelta. Mara sa capire le esigenze di chi si rivolge a lei e sa realizzarle al meglio, ti accompagna col sorriso all’interno dei tuoi desideri. L’atmosfera è accogliente, distesa, familiare, le materie prime sono eccellenti e i piatti sono realizzati con cura, attenzione e passione. Il contesto completa l’esperienza, con il meraviglioso panorama incorniciato, come un bellissimo quadro, dalla grande vetrata. Alla prossima occasione e grazie!

04/01/2025: New Year's Eve dinner at Bucaneve with my wife and I have to give 5 stars across the board; from our arrival we were welcomed in a friendly manner and all the waiters were very professional but at the same time friendly right down to the sincere greetings exchanged at midnight including the owner of the venue.
