11/01/2025: I had a gift from a friend, Samu, for a lunch at this estate. Everything about the welcome at lunch was excellent, the staff very attentive in everything and very kind. Thanks to my friend I discovered a new place where I will return as soon as possible.

22/12/2024: Cena fantastica antipasto uovo fritto con crema di patate e tartufo nero eccezionale. Secondo maialino cotto bassa temperatura con crema di vezzena e polenta fritta. Dolce tris di creme una bontà. Ottimo anche il vino. Bella location ottimo servizio.

13/12/2024: I went to this restaurant for a company Christmas dinner. Even though the menu had already been defined, I still ate dishes I liked. The quality of the food is very good. The place is a very beautiful and well-kept farmhouse. The service was attentive and fast. Overall I had a nice evening. It is definitely a restaurant worth trying again by testing the à la carte menu

01/02/2025: We were at Fornace a couple of weeks ago... the atmosphere is nice... characteristic of the name it bears... nothing more, very crowded even though it was only 7pm... opening time and for this reason they put you in line to give a table to those who have not booked... there are large rooms and tunnels where there are rather small tables for two people... well we did not eat the pizza which seems to be the must of the pizzeria... we had the much advertised Paella... a disappointment the quality of the dish... the fish was almost non-existent, in addition to a dozen or so mussels which were not very fresh and the overcooked rice there was nothing else... I did not like it... perhaps the pizza is better... we will try it on occasion.

31/01/2025: Friday and the desire to eat a good pizza in the company of friends, a super furnished place down to the smallest details located inside an old brick kiln, I think, the service is immediately impeccable, attentive to everything and always ready for all requests , but let's get to the pizzas, you can choose the normal dough or the Neapolitan one with the high crust, we choose the normal one, the cooking is impeccable, the dough is delicious and impeccable, even the products used to season the pizzas, the desserts are also good, I forgot, it's impossible not taste the fried pizzas

10/12/2024: I was there for lunch, Huge variety of dishes and I must say very good! Furthermore, the proposals are never banal, such as pasta with saffron sausage and tomato... There is no fixed menu but you pay per dish (you still spend around €14 with water and 1 dish) Fast and kind service

18/02/2025: We stayed at La Tradizione and were thrilled with it in every respect! The location is really beautiful, with attention to detail and always clean, with the possibility of choosing between indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for every season. The menu is truly varied and offers meat, fish and even pizza dishes, all prepared with high quality ingredients. Each course is plentiful and delicious, with authentic and well-balanced flavours. Whether you choose a seafood dish, a barbecue or a fragrant pizza, the quality is always excellent. The staff is very kind, always attentive to customer needs and ready to make everyone feel at ease. The service is fast and efficient, without ever feeling rushed. Furthermore, the parking is convenient and also accessible to people in wheelchairs, an important detail that demonstrates attention to all guests. Absolutely fair prices for the quality offered. We will definitely be back, a restaurant that really deserves it!

14/02/2025: It can happen... but unfortunately I didn't find the usual quality... after pointing out that the dish wasn't as it should be, the staff proceeded to change the dish... but with another one with the same problem... too bad!

03/02/2025: Best in the whole area! Good food. Right portions of sushi, also good at serving and above all fast... Great guys!!!
