05/07/2025: I had the opportunity to discover this wonderful place at a work colleague's wedding and I must say I was thrilled.....from the little road that leads to the restaurant you look out onto a small lake populated by ducks enjoying a cool dip....a huge garden full of plants, flowers, tables with armchairs and chairs carefully scattered here and there in the greenery....evening, although very hot, with good food at the buffet (I repeat, a colleague's wedding) and lots of music to dance and sing at the top of your lungs....served by waiters who are always kind and ready to fulfill every request

25/06/2025: I spent a really pleasant evening at Enoteca Centrale: a welcoming environment, carefully selected bottles and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, ready to recommend refined wines based on my tastes. The proposal of truly interesting dishes was also excellent. The decor is warm and refined, with a style that invites you to stay and enjoy the evening. The selection of wines, both by the glass and in the bottle, is varied and high-quality, with surprises to discover. A pleasant confirmation, ideal for lunch, a business dinner or a convivial evening. I highly recommend it to those looking for a place to eat and drink well while feeling at ease.

26/06/2025: Very nice place, large and welcoming. The service was very careless. Waiters were almost all very young and unfortunately they made a lot of confusion in the orders and struggled to respond to some requests. Two of us had paella, a portion for two for €50! Extremely overpriced. I'm attaching a photo of the size of the dish. The pizza, on the other hand, was good. When it came to the bill... they don't do separate bills! In 2025, are there still places where you can't do that? Too bad, we expected better

25/06/2025: We spent a wonderful evening, a place that stands out for its warm welcome and excellent service, we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism by the dining room staff, always attentive and available. The dishes are truly quality: from the appetizers with attention to detail to the tasty and well-presented second courses. A special mention goes to the Neapolitan pizza, soft, well-leavened and cooked to perfection: absolutely recommended! A special applause to Gabriele, the assistant chef responsible for preparing the appetizers: he demonstrated great professionalism, education and passion for his work. In short, a positive experience in every aspect: we will definitely be back!

08/06/2025: I was at Bosco Mardigliana again yesterday, on the occasion of my birthday, with my father. The experience was very pleasant from all points of view. They made us sit in the outside room, airy, with a view of a perfectly kept and oxygenating garden. Great tranquility, which is what I particularly appreciate in a restaurant. The owner was an excellent host (including the boy who was his assistant), he welcomed us well, he satisfied us with the risotto even though it had just been excluded from the menu, cordiality combined with professionalism. Everything we tasted was excellent and well presented (the only flaw: the rice was cooked two minutes more but it is true that we ate the appetizer slowly), and in generous quantities. In short, a great experience. The bill was adequate for the experience as a whole. We already know that we will be back! A special thanks for having personalized my dessert by adding a candle, given the occasion. Just what I was hoping for.

25/05/2025: Dalla cura dei particolari della mise en place si capisce che niente è lasciato al caso.I sapori delle portate, soprattutto i primi piatti, permettono di scoprire sfumature di gusto inattese.La location è gradevole, grazie all'atmosfera creata dalla macchia verde e dal prato ben curato, che circondano il ristorante.

15/06/2025: It was the first time I had dinner at this restaurant for a birthday and I must say I was very satisfied. The pizza was very good, excellent ingredients and perfect cooking. The service was very good, the staff is really very friendly. Welcoming location

14/05/2025: Here we need to tell a short story but a story 🤣 we were in Ronchi di Campanile, a hamlet of Villa Franca, it was 9:00 pm and there was no one open to eat, we called various restaurants in Mestrino, a 40 minute walk away "not having a car" and they were the only ones to give us availability even though when we called they were out of order at 10:00 pm. Now I really have to say it "maremma buhaiola, the best 40 minutes on foot spent in our life. A very nice place between modern and a bit vintage, reminiscent of the classic trattoria of the past where you could eat exceptional food in large portions like when you went to eat at your grandmother's. A divine appetizer where we were brought as an entrance then offered by the house a homemade bread cooked in a wood oven and then grilled with the old red crouton, the tomato seasoned and boiled like once upon a time and then the exceptional appetizer of cured meats and cheeses; two first courses, one more fantastic than the other, first of all homemade gnocchi like the one the grandma and two on the spectacular, one prawns and asparagus a sublime combination, the other a real hare ragù simply orgasmic. I must say once again maremma buhaiola I tasted a tagliata worthy of being called tagliata al rara with a cooking very similar to that of Tuscany is truly special; the other second was the Red tripe also very well done as once with some very good polenta and I'm telling you this as someone who doesn't like polenta much then there was the dessert a crumble that really crumbles in your mouth. We must add a simple service as if you were at home as you really are your mother or grandma would come to ask you what you wanted straight cooked on the spot. A unique experience those 40 minutes They were all worth it recommended as a place to go even if you have to travel miles on purpose to go there 💋😍

16/06/2025: Excellent pizzas but not only .... if you intend to have a nice dinner even if it is not a pizza from Tradition you have to go. UPDATE: I went today June 16, 2025 for lunch. What can I say for two between first and second drink is 1/4 of red wine and coffee we spent 34 euros. Wait 0. I confirm that it is an excellent Pizzeria restaurant. Too bad it is closed on Sunday evening. Very good staff, welcoming super fast
