I requested mayonnaise for my meal five separate times, and each time the staff assured me they would bring it right away. However, despite their repeated promises, the mayonnaise never arrived while my food was still warm.
I was forced to eat my meal cold while continuing to wait for this simple condiment request. The mayonnaise finally arrived only after I had finished eating - completely defeating the purpose. This level of inattentive service significantly impacted my dining experience and left me quite dissatisfied.
For such a basic request to be handled so poorly reflects poorly on the restaurant's service standards. I hope management addresses these service issues to prevent other customers from having similar experiences.

26/07/2025: I was here on a Wednesday, but we didn't do the pizza tour; you can order whatever you want. The evening was really quiet, the dishes were delicious and well-prepared. Although I must say we waited about half an hour since there was really no one there (two or three tables), it was worth it.
The atmosphere is full of plants, and the greenery is truly relaxing.
My compliments for the service and the well-kept atmosphere; we'll definitely be back!

19/05/2025: Noi ci siamo stati per altre occasioni e abbiamo sempre mangiato benissimo e questa volta abbiamo voluto provare a fare qui il pranzo del battesimo della nostra ultima piccolina.
Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria e cuoca, al marito, ai figli ed ai camerieri che dalla scelta del menù alla conclusione della festa ci hanno accompagnato con semplicità, gentilezza e professionalità.
Un locale che dal di fuori sembra d'altri tempi ma che all'interno è sempre elegante e con delle pietanze che hanno fatto fare il bis ad ogni portata tra primi e secondi..
Abbiamo ricevuto i complimenti da tutti...
Complimenti che giro a questo posto che è sempre una garanzia e su cui tanti più blasonati e ricercati posti dovrebbero imparare...

03/04/2025: Ho pranzato in questo ristorante l'8 dicembre del 2022. L'abbiamo trovato per caso, aveva posto e ci siamo fermati. Ricordo tutti molto gentili e cibo ottimo.
Oggi ho chiamato per chiedere del pranzo di pasqua e prenotare per me e mio marito, ma la signora e stata poco cortese, dicendomi che c'è un menu ma per telefono non poteva dirmi il prezzo ( segreto di stato) e conclude dicendomi " se vi interessa siamo qui' . Al che dico: posso prenotare per due? E lei: Di dove siete ? Di Padova rispondo e in quanti siete? Ribatte😱

06/06/2025: Se volete mangiare carne, non vi consiglio di andare lì. Dopo aver chiesto una costata alta al sangue mi arriva una crostata piccola e oltretutto cottura media. Ho fatto presente ma quella con cui me l'hanno sostituita era solo leggermente meno cottura media ma di sicuro non al sangue come da me richiesta.
E oltretutto mi sono sentita presa per i fondelli dal cameriere dopo tutto questo.
Non ci tornerei in ogni caso visto il trattamento che ho ricevuto.
