22/12/2025: The cleanliness of the place is extremely poor. I think it's been months since the coffee machine was cleaned with degreaser, and the kitchen door windows are filthy. The ordering system is to write the number of the dish you're ordering on a note. But unfortunately, the order isn't respected. Then, if you want another dish, you have to wait a long time for them to come and collect the note. The sparkling white wine was awful, no sparkling at all. They didn't bring ginger or wasabi, maybe you should have asked... I had strawberry sushi 🍓 but there wasn't a trace of strawberry, there was whipped cream with a strawberry topping. The only positive thing is the price, which is cheaper than the competition, but I'd rather spend a little more and eat better. The only girl at the cash register seems like you're bothering me when you pay... no smiles, no empathy. I definitely won't be back.

01/03/2026: Ristopub in the center of Feltre, with a passion for cult movies. It's located on the upper floor of a building and has a lovely terrace. Even though it's downtown, parking is easily accessible and not far away. The barista is very friendly and welcoming. The food is all good; there are sandwiches/burgers of every color and flavor, and craft beers from various breweries. The only thing that isn't particularly good is the coffee, perhaps because they don't have a top-of-the-line coffee machine. Good prices. There are always many promotions and activities offered at this place and the other two in the same group.

12/03/2026: I've lived in Feltre all my life, but I only discovered this fantastic ice cream shop when I was 7 years old. Before that, I only went to another ice cream shop because it was close to home, and at the time, I was obsessed with pistachio flavors. Then a dear friend of mine recommended Gimmy's. At first, I was a little hesitant because I didn't like change. As soon as I tried the pistachio flavor, I realized that the pistachio at the other ice cream shop was terrible! It was sweet and cloying, and its color was too bright to be properly made. However, the one at Gimmy's was much better. Even now, I still only go to Gimmy's and never to the other ice cream shop. Of course, I've also tried other flavors, like Rosso Tiziano, but every time someone suggests going for ice cream, I always say, "Only if it's at Gimmy's."

Although they are very good and carefully prepared, the portions are quite small compared to the asking price. The quality is there, but the quantity is truly limited, and this can leave you slightly disappointed, especially considering the price. With slightly larger portions or slightly lower prices, the experience would be truly impeccable. That said, everything else was practically perfect: the service, ambiance, and overall quality are top-notch. It's a restaurant I definitely recommend, especially to those looking for a refined setting and well-crafted cuisine, while keeping this small aspect in mind. A well-deserved 4-star rating, with the potential to easily become a 5-star.
