16/02/2025: Non siamo neanche riusciti a prenotare perché al telefono ci è stato detto che non prendono prenotazioni per 17 persone senza vederci in faccia. In più non ci avrebbero riservarvato un tavolo per 17 perché 3 sarebbero stati bambini sul passeggino e quindi avremmo mangiato "solo" in 14 su 17. Andremo da un'altra parte, e in futuro non verremo in questo posto nemmeno se fossimo solo in 2.

16/02/2025: Ristorante ottimo, pizzeria un po' meno ma comunque un buon locale. Prezzo non eccessivo.

15/02/2025: Let me start by saying that I am not a regular customer but when I have to go to a restaurant I go to eat at the cappuccino restaurant, unfortunately this evening around 10.20pm I placed an order on the phone for a pizza asking if we would take away a fairly adult lady on the phone answers me of course just tell me how you would like the pizza, I say the flavor on the phone and after that we close, half an hour passes and I think that I wasn't asked for the address on the phone, so I call back hoping they will answer me seen in the meantime it was 11.00pm or closing time, the lady answered me after two attempts to call, first telling me that they didn't have any pizza to deliver, then, at my tone of voice quite irritated while waiting for something that I understood would never arrive, she told me that they don't do takeaway and that the pizza was ready, repeating it several times and I repeated it several times in telling her that it was the first thing I specified if they did takeaway otherwise I wouldn't even call I'd leave myself , after she was speechless and I closed her out of nervousness, I would recommend putting a person on the phone who listens better to the customer's requests rather than making her wait for a dinner that will never arrive and just take them upstairs, I won't deny that after this evening, the professionalism I saw in the staff has gone down a lot as long as it was the person who takes the orders from the phone. After all, I gave my positive reviews on the food and service

03/02/2025: Dinner with grilled meat and bruschetta. They had a problem with the delay in serving the meat, but they apologized several times in a very kind and friendly way and as soon as they discovered the problem they were quick to resolve it. Problems happen, what matters is managing them well. The place can be noisy on a Saturday night but the service is fast.

23/11/2024: The burger was good, the price was decidedly balanced, the service too.
