A menu characterized by an excellent technique that enhances fresh and refined raw materials that give a side to tradition and give a sense of home, of pampering for the palate.
Note of merit also for the wine list
02/12/2024: Sono stato tre volte in questo splendido locale. Ci sono stato da non stellato e poi da stellato. Tutto è perfetto e se devo cercare il pelo nell'uovo, i tempi di attesa sono un po' lunghi. Comunque accettabili perchè certi piatti hanno bisogno di tempo per scire. E allora perchè 4 pallini e non 5? Perchè dalla volta precedente all visita più recente il listino è schizzato : e se l'aumento è la stella per me non è una ragione.
