14/01/2026: Today, Epiphany Day, we had lunch for the first time with friends. It was a wonderful surprise. The food was excellent, the quality of the food was excellent, the presentation delicious. The staff was young and absolutely wonderful! Courteous, smiling, and professional. We will definitely be back and highly recommend! The chef was also very talented and friendly!
13/01/2026: The hotel is easily accessible, with convenient parking. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming; we had no particular problems with our room, and we were very impressed with the restaurant. So, have a great experience in Gallio!

16/02/2025: Dopo una mattina passata allo Snow Fun Park ci siamo fermati a pranzo ed è stato tutto perfetto! Eravamo in sette e abbiamo provato la pizza, sottile, leggera e squisita, ma anche antipasti con salumi e formaggi, primi, il piatto con la tosela e un'ottima tagliata di carne, dolci e sorbetti. Tutto buonissimo, porzioni della giusta quantità, servizio veloce ed efficiente, puntuali in tavola per tutti noi commensali nonostante i piatti tutti diversi (e il locale era pieno). Prezzi giusti, ci torneremo sicuramente!
09/02/2025: Ho scoperto per caso Capanna Bianca dopo una mattina di discese con il bob... è stata una piacevole scoperta! Cucina ottima, gli affettati erano buonissimi e la grigliata spettacolare! Il servizio è stato molto efficiente, personale gentilissimo e molto veloci. Ci torneremo sicuramente, spero presto!
