01/06/2024: Worst service ever!! My server was not happy to serve the customers. He was extremely rude and overly dramatic on dealing with me and DID A TERRIBLE JOB AT THE FLOWER. Amorino is know for their flower shaped ice cream and I was there to have one! I was having trouble deciding which flavours I wanted on my cone(took me 15 seconds to decide) and the server started to became extreme annoyed, did a dramatic deep breath by breathing in and putting his fingers on his face. It was humiliating as the other customers started to stare at me and at that situation. Ps: there was no line after me to explain his urgency for me to select the flavours Don’t go there, you will be disappointed and mistreated

01/06/2024: My family enjoyed the wonderful gelato but we experienced a problem that still has not been addressed. When the employee took my card, the credit card machine malfunctioned so they did not think they had charged me. So they ran the card again, but later we found that they had charged us twice. Since then I have called the store twice and two different employees have told me that they would contact their manager and call me back but no one has. I wish I could give a better review but can’t with them double charging me and not addressing it.

01/12/2023: Large internal room with tables for sitting and also outside with tables for smokers. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. Fast and very professional. The coffee is also excellent.

28/12/2023: Sono stata invitata ad una squisita cena di Natale con la mia amica Anna. Questo per dare il massimo del sapore ed abbinato a dei piatti della cucina tradizionale veneziana.è stata qualche anno fa ma non avevo mangiato così bene come questa volta. Lo consiglio per chi vuole gustarsi i pesce con la cucina tradizionale veneziana. Elegante il locale; il personale gentile, cordiale, molto preparato nei piatti che presenta e disponibile ad ogni richiesta, mette a proprio agio i clienti e fa venire voglia di tornarci molto presto!

19/12/2023: Non possono vincolare i clienti costringendo a prendere per tutti la stessa portata senza dare la possibilità neanche di modificare qualcosa non siamo a mensa io non ritornerei in questo posto sinceramente…

18/05/2024: Very nice place, elegant and quiet despite the heavy flow of customers. Very good pastries, very light creams. The only, HUGE flaw, the girls chat TOO MUCH among themselves and in sustained detail about personal matters and they left us at the register for a few minutes, looking at us badly and annoyed when we tried to attract their attention. We asked for a small tart, we were offered a classic one. The girl who had made the receipt began to tell a colleague in a loud and pedantic tone to go ahead and make the saucer, without even specifying the sweet pieces chosen ("move! Quick! Do it there!", embarrassing to witness such treatment ). Bad, bad feeling being in their presence. The only ones who did not cause us discomfort but, indeed, also produced splendid cappuccinos, were Luna and Giada, who we thank for having saved our morning.

25/01/2024: Beautiful fresh food with prompt and friendly service. We were staying in Venice but came here twice during our stay due to the great food. Would highly recommend visiting here.

15/10/2023: If you come as a couple, prepare to eat before your partner. We visited in offseason, October 2023. Roughly 50 min wait for food then mine come out to another table, only to go back and then appear at our table 2mins later. They obviously forgot about my wife’s dish. Where was the other dish?? My wife had a dish then that came about 15 mins later and was luke warm at best. We should have returned it but we were already here 1hr so could not wait. The calzone was good by the Penne basil pasta was cold. I wanted to eat my dish with my wife so had to let mine wait until hers arrived. Sure, serve it to and rip off the tourist. I hope you never get as bad a meal In Ireland if you ever come to visit. The most patronising thing was the Owner coming over to apologise about the wait, as she presented the bill.. please do not insult us? We are Irish, you are Italian, disgraceful behaviour but in essence a tourist trap, Imagine what it is like in the high season. A great day spoiled by arrogant Italian owner: we saw how you treated your friends with the lobster spaghetti. Better, much better places on Murano to eat. Avoid unless you like waiting half your day for average food and patronising service.

18/03/2024: good morning, I gave stars on the environment and food because I already tried it in the past summer season, but yesterday I didn't eat because the order service for external pizzas was practically blocked, you have to order inside the place where the waiter was pouring beers on the counter leaving those like me waiting for an order for pizzas and a colleague at the counter was scratching himself instead of placing orders, unfortunately with only a few couples ahead of me waiting for orders... I had to give up because the other friends were already finishing dinner purchased from the service next door, I'm sorry but last season you also ordered from an external pizzeria and it seemed better to me. greetings, gianni (not rocco) from padua.

11/05/2024: Fantastic pastry shop. From breakfast to cakes. Try the Kiss of Venus or a Vivaldi....even single portions.....and you will no longer be able to do without it.

24/02/2024: La convivialità e la gentilezza del personale ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Ottimo l'assortimento dei cicchetti accompagnato da un ottimo select. Suggerisco in particolare polpette e mantecato di baccalà.un succulento ravioli con crema di carote e baccalà e orecchiette. Abbiamo mangiato all'esterno baciati da un sole invernale ma caldo al punto giusto. Cosa dire? Gentilezza e ottimo cibo impongono di tornarci un motivo in più quindi x tornare a Venezia.

14/02/2024: Ambiente confortevole con personale cordiale e professionale : entrati per gustare cicchetti e vino , scoperto anche ottima varietà di dolci con un ottima pastiera napoletana di Bellavia - Vomero . Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità.

24/04/2024: We are both vegan and always looking for veg restaurants to try; starting from the premise that it is always nice to find one and that I hope the criticisms can help us grow. The girl who served us was always very zealous, nice and very kind. Hence the 5 star service. The environment is spacious, modern, perhaps a little cold and distracting, but still 4 full stars. The sore point is the food: we ordered an appetizer with homemade cheeses which wasn't bad; with the first courses the situation worsens: the vegetable lasagna was dry, the dough grainy, the portion small; and the pici carbonara were a little better, but the sauce was a little watery, poorly distributed, and overall thin and unappealing. The rice balls on the other hand were unacceptable: stringy, low quality sauce, the side potatoes mostly raw. It's always difficult to give negative reviews, especially when it comes to places that you hope will grow and multiply. In the end we ate everything because we were really hungry and the portions were small but I think the value for money was disproportionate. Hence the three overall stars.

13/04/2024: Whilst still sat waiting for my bill, I can’t help help but feel I’ve been robbed of my time and money at quite possibly the worst service but only yet still beaten by the taste of the food. Dry, bland and what felt like zero care in presentation of something which isn’t too cheap. Small portions but thankfully I was grateful after tasting for this mercy. It may seen like a lot but I just don’t want someone else to fall into this place expecting something which represents food. Vegan food can be spectacular, however this is spectacular for all the wrong reasons.

07/04/2024: Pastries tasted good, prices are affordable, and the chef even surprised us with some delicious freebies. The staff were friendly and made the visit even more enjoyable.
