I took the Alberto Sordi calzone, inside only a few cherry tomatoes and 1 kg of ricotta, then outside another kg of raw ham and 1 teaspoon of cold tomato sauce, an industrial quantity of rocket with parmesan flakes. There was no mozzarella but it is indicated on the menu, but given the proportions it's a good thing otherwise I would have been sick. A suggestion to the chef, the calzone is not made like this, you have to know how to balance the quantity of the ingredients otherwise you don't make your customer eat sensibly, after a while you are in difficulty, too much ricotta and the cold sauce I didn't understand. The girls serving are nice but the dishes from the same table should be served together, there were 2 of us not 20. Here too "the fault" of the pizza chef? Particular environment in a sort of former cave to store wine and cured meats.
