30/04/2026: We had dinner here. Simple, no frills, good and friendly service and reasonably priced.
18/04/2026: We arrived by bike, and the owner welcomed us warmly and took care of our bikes, storing them in his bike-friendly storage room. We enjoyed an excellent meal with homemade bigoli and duck sauce, without having to worry about our bikes being left unattended. A simple, homey place, excellent food, and incredibly friendly staff. What can I say... everything was wonderful!!!! Highly recommended!

01/06/2026: Four of us went for lunch on Sunday, May 31, 2026. The experience was excellent, from the welcome, to the food, and the location. The owner, Silvia, explained to us that she wants to offer a different kind of cuisine, just the way she wants it, and I think she succeeded perfectly.
The sardines in saor were very good, and the first courses we tried included bigoli with duck, pappardelle with peas, and asparagus and pea pie, as well as the cod and tiramisu.
Highly recommended!!!
14/05/2026: We passed through Este for work and stopped for lunch at this restaurant. What can I say? It was a real surprise. The food was prepared just like it used to be, excellent quality, and simple, yet meticulously prepared. I absolutely recommend it.

22/06/2026: Typical pub style, I love it, wide choice of beers and served in an appropriate and professional manner, if you are hungry no problem here you will find pizza sandwiches snacks of all tastes, and then we want to talk about the staff, the soul of the place always ready always attentive and last but not least they make you feel at home.

What can I say? Beautiful place, with attention to every detail, a vast but quality menu.

08/04/2025: sono andato una mattina, con i miei compagni di classe a fare colazione, e la cameriera dopo aver preso l'ordine, ci ha risposto mamcandoci di rispetto, spiegandoci in malo modo che se tre persone consumano e una no, la persona che non consuma deve uscire o consumare obbligatoriamente. Ho chiesto al collega del bancone (un altro giorno) lui invece in modo gentile e cordiale è riuscito a spiegarmi il perché c'è l'obbligo di consumazione alla mattina, senza rispondere indietro e senza essere arrogante al contrario di lei che ci ha trattato male.
19/01/2025: Bellissimo posto in una bellissima piazza.Camerieri gentilissimi e breve tempi di attesa nonostante il locale fosse pieno di gente.

27/05/2024: Abito a Este da un po', e ogni tanto vado a prendere il gelato qui...se la qualità è buona, la quantità è comunque mooooolto scarsa. Pazienza.

08/01/2024: Di passaggio, decidiamo di optare per un pranzo veloce, locale pulito, personale molto gentile, pur essendo in anticipo e la cucina ancora chiusa, ci fanno accomodare, ottimo cibo, sicuramente lo consiglio!!
