21/04/2025: I went for lunch with some friends. Very good food, but very slow service (the first courses arrived an hour after the starters even though the place was not full, and the desserts after another good half hour)
When it was time to pay, we asked to divide it into 6. Once the division was done, the rounding took place up... Given the delays, we expected at least one rounding down...
18/02/2025: My girlfriend and I went to Ostaria Nòva on Monday evening: the restaurant is very welcoming and deserves to be tried.
We took a platter for two, 2 plates of pappardelle with musso, 2 glasses of wine and 1 bottle of water at a cost of 67 euros. The only thing and this is why I give 3 stars... you can't charge €2.50 for a small bag of bread with 3 pieces inside

06/04/2025: Evening without a hitch, but as soon as I express the desire to pay by card, the owner of the place starts insulting me in front of my friends for no reason... I didn't have cash and I was asked to wash the dishes (ironically but not too much). The courteous man claimed that by doing so I would only fatten the banks, after calling me brainless...
05/04/2025: The checkout clerk was the worst in the whole place. rude and arrogant, he refused to let me pay separately, telling me "you make do".

19/01/2025: Bellissimo posto in una bellissima piazza.Camerieri gentilissimi e breve tempi di attesa nonostante il locale fosse pieno di gente.
12/11/2024: Stamattina mi sono recata con mia figlia in questo posto alle 7 e 15 visto che a Este è uno dei pochi bar aperti ...porte aperte luci accese neanche il tempo di entrare e una ragazza scortese ci ha detto con un tono sgarbato, è chiuso categoricamente ...l ha salvata il suo collega al banco che educatissimo ci ha spiegato che avrebbero aperto un quarto d ora dopo.
Adesso io dico c è modo e modo ...poi di mattina presto da' proprio ai nervi la maleducazione.
Viste le recensioni capisco molte cose a mai più .
Vorrei sottolineare visto che mi hai dato della ragazza cara cameriera metti gli occhiali sono una mamma di 47 anni e mi va bene il ragazza ti ringrazio forse è così che tratti le ragazzine delle scuole ???.villana

27/05/2024: Abito a Este da un po', e ogni tanto vado a prendere il gelato qui...se la qualità è buona, la quantità è comunque mooooolto scarsa. Pazienza.

08/01/2024: Di passaggio, decidiamo di optare per un pranzo veloce, locale pulito, personale molto gentile, pur essendo in anticipo e la cucina ancora chiusa, ci fanno accomodare, ottimo cibo, sicuramente lo consiglio!!
