04/01/2025: Terrible experience, we booked two months before and the day we arrived there was no reservation due to an error/forgetfulness on their part and on top of that rude staff. A real disaster.
23/12/2024: Second visit to La Clusaz:
Once again, this table on the edge of the Italian Saint-Bernard road is worth the stop. The 5-course surprise menu was superb and imaginative: the leek was sublime, the gizzards were presented in a tasteful and creative way, the appetizers were off the beaten track and the service was very attentive and friendly.
Very beautiful cellar.
