25/04/2025: A happiness for the palate! This was a friend’s recommendation and we’re happy we took it. The food was delicious to say the least, impressed by the creativity of the chefs (pomegranate sorbet should become an official dessert). It was impressive to see they also offer special sparkling tea in champagne bottles, such a cutting edge option for a traditional looking place (we loved it)! The service was nice and professional and we appreciated chef Piergiorgio Pellerei visiting our table at the end of the evening. We’d definitely recommend for special occasions as well as casual ones.

22/04/2025: Without a doubt the best restaurant in the Aosta Valley, innovative and refined dishes that maintain a strong connection with local products. Excellent quality foie gras and an absolutely valid choice of wines. The service is attentive and attentive. Excellent maitre and sommelier. Highly recommended
