27/04/2024: I booked lunch here for my daughters' communion, I agreed on a menu that was appreciated by all the guests. I had a celiac person and a variation was made for her gluten-free and a vegetarian for whom a change was made. vegetarian starter and a very good selection of cheeses as an alternative to ours with meat. 20/04/2024: Today we had a family lunch at Ferdy restaurant. The environment is welcoming, the staff friendly but above all I was impressed by the innovative reworking of some Trentino dishes, such as the "carne salada" with mushrooms or the carpaccio appetizer.
