11/07/2025: The tagliatelle with rabbit ragù is excellent. The pizzas are delicious. But the Nicl spritz aperitif... a brilliant invention! 💫
08/07/2025: We had dinner during the Maratona dles Dolomites. We were staying in Piculin, a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the osteria. The place was very nice, and the staff were friendly, fast, and helpful. We didn't try the pizza, but it looked excellent. We also had local specialties like carne salada, canederli, and a type of ravioli whose name I don't remember. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous.

07/09/2025: We had lunch here as part of our "Tour of the Mills of Longiarù" trip.
The route was admittedly a bit disappointing, both for its panoramic views and its short length.
We therefore arrived a little early compared to our reservation, but we were still served fairly quickly.
My wife had the dumplings in broth, and I had the classic "peasant's dish" (eggs, speck, and potatoes).
My dish was good but a bit sparse (especially considering the price), and my wife wasn't particularly pleased with hers.
Overall, however, I wouldn't say it was a negative experience.
The staff was quick and courteous.

08/07/2025: Wir sind am 13.06.2025 auf unserer jährlichen Ausfahrt mit dem Porsche Club Zollernalb dort mit 58 Personen und 31 Autos nach vorheriger Anmeldung eingekehrt. Bei herrlichstem Sommerwetter wurden wir an gedeckten Tafeln auf der Sonnenterrasse erwartet, nachdem uns für die Fahrzeuge ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Hütte freigehalten und zugewiesen wurde. Die Bedienungen waren überaus freundlich und fix, sodass wir alle recht rasch das vorher gewählte Menu serviert bekamen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ausgezeichnet und die Speisen sehr reichhaltig und köstlich zubereitet. Wir konnten beim Essen den herrlichen Blick auf die Berge genießen und es fiel beinahe schwer, die Fahrt fortzusetzen und Abschied von diesem schönen Lokal und der Umgebung zu nehmen, natürlich nicht ohne, dass wir uns beim Wirt persönlich bedankt hatten. Eine Einkehr in der Ütia Börz ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert und wird uns sicher noch lange in bester Erinnerung bleiben.
