As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a smile and a kindness that is rare these days. The place is meticulously designed, warm and welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends or family. The pizza? One of the best I've ever eaten! The dough is light, well-leavened, with a crispy exterior that perfectly complements the soft interior. The ingredients are visibly top-quality: from the sweet cherry tomatoes to the stringy mozzarella, every bite is an explosion of flavor. I've also tried a couple of dishes from the kitchen and I can assure you that the quality remains top-notch: generous portions, meticulously presented, and authentic flavors that speak of tradition but with a truly interesting creative touch. The service is impeccable: the staff is attentive, helpful, friendly, but never intrusive. You can sense a true passion throughout the entire staff, from the kitchen to the dining room, and that really makes the difference.
