07/10/2025: Once again, a first-class culinary experience! I wish I could give it 6 stars! It's hard to believe what's served up here at the Jägerhaus, at absolutely fair prices! 1st course: hand-carved venison tartare - superbly seasoned, you can't do better! 2nd course: flamed Alpine char - tender, juicy fish fillet, all sorts of finely diced vegetables, a perfectly balanced vinaigrette - exquisite 3rd course: potato dumplings with radicchio and bacon filling - a dream with fine crispy croutons for a crunch on top! 4th course: saddle of venison - WHAT MEAT! And the sauce... you can taste the roasted bones, the hours of simmering, an incredible depth and complexity! Chapeau! Unfortunately, there was no room for dessert, but once again, we were completely delighted with the food! Add to that the loving and attentive service – we'll be looking forward to the next time for months!

11/10/2025: It was a delicious dinner, with delicious traditional food and kind, welcoming staff. We ate some really good platters of cured meats and cheeses, a fantastic risotto with radicchio, speck, and scamorza, and a truly tender goulash with polenta. For dessert, we had a strudel with ice cream and a tiramisu, both excellent. All this was accompanied by the courtesy and kindness of the staff, who made us feel at home. We will definitely be back, thank you for the wonderful evening! Highly recommended!

03/10/2025: A little gem in Plazores We ourselves are from Vigilio di Marebbe, but here at the Plazores guesthouse with André and Jan, we always feel at home – and at the same time, like we're on a special journey. The old farmhouse parlor radiates warmth and comfort, and you immediately sense that heart and tradition are at the heart here. The food is simply outstanding: authentic Ladin cuisine, finely balanced with South Tyrolean hospitality. Every dish bears the hallmark of dedication and attention to detail. You can taste their connection to the region – honest, authentic, and of the highest quality. The friendliness of André and Jan, who welcome their guests with natural warmth, deserves special mention. It's also fascinating that they speak so many languages ​​perfectly, understand every guest, and make everyone feel welcome. This is where genuine hospitality, culinary authenticity, and an ambience steeped in history come together. Added to this is the family atmosphere: the mother herself is in the kitchen, conjuring up wonderful dishes, while the father tends the farm and feeds the animals. This authenticity and down-to-earth atmosphere make the visit even more special. In short: Plazores is not just an inn, but a place where we feel happy and richly blessed. Highly recommended!

01/09/2025: My family and I found ourselves in Pergine for lunch, so we decided to try this charming and welcoming inn. We chose the chanterelle polenta gnocchi and the pork shank with mashed potatoes and peperonata. Everything was delicious and excellent value. The friendly, smiling, and helpful staff made our experience more than satisfactory, and I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

23/08/2025: We had the bacon dumpling soup, a pizza, and spinach spaetzle. All delicious! We finished with Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes). Overall, a top-notch location!

20/08/2025: We ate here twice during our vacation, and it was truly perfect. The food was fresh, absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous. The location is truly beautiful and very quiet; we sat outside on the terrace, under the trees. Last but not least, the exceptionally friendly staff create an extremely relaxed and informal atmosphere. The friendliness of the young waitresses simply seemed very authentic and not forced. We can absolutely recommend this place.

02/10/2025: During our few days at Lake Caldonazzo, we went there twice. We ate there once and took a pizza to go once. Our pizzas were delicious and had great toppings. The couple who run everything is super friendly and attentive. Always with a smile. And where the locals get their pizza, it can only be good! We thank you for the fantastic pizzas.

17/09/2025: We stopped by chance for a coffee just outside the busy Valsugana area and found a warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. So, in addition to coffee, we enjoyed an excellent thin-crust pizza with a huge selection of toppings. They have tables both outside and inside. The spotless shop is decorated with a collection of models of the legendary Vespa 50 Special! We'll be back.
