03/03/2025: Delicate and tasty mushroom risotto, tasty and decisive Chianti risotto, good cuts and everything else including guides and chats on food culture, full 5 stars.
23/02/2025: 23 February 2025 we ended up in Casciana Terme for a Sunday trip, we booked a table for two. Small, very cozy and welcoming environment. We ordered an appetizer of Penitente and Cinta Senese ham, excellent flavor and taste, combined with a Tuscan DOP bread rich in fragrant wheat germ with an ancient flavour. QFirst we ordered "pici all'Aglione with the trick" revealed to us by the friendly owner complete with video recipe. We gladly recommend it!
