28/05/2025: The restaurant is located in a quiet and very beautiful area, in the middle of the countryside in Travalle. Very nice place, cared for in every detail. The service was excellent, the guys very kind and prepared. There were four of us. As an appetizer we took a selection of cheeses with compotes and a selection of cold cuts. As first courses, potato gnocchi with saffron asparagus and ravioli filled with nettle and ricotta, as second courses, pork fillet cooked at low temperature and fried lamb ribs. I couldn't say what I liked the most. All very good products of the highest quality. We also took two first courses and two second courses equally excellent. Vast selection of desserts. Highly recommended 😊
22/05/2025: It is absolutely the best place in Prato and its surroundings. It is perfect for some special occasion and to feel pampered. Very varied menu, full of particular or simpler choices with really tasty combinations. The service is truly excellent and the environment breathtaking, both in summer for the cool and the very well-kept outdoor environment and in the greenery, and inside in winter in a truly well-kept and sweet veranda. Perfect waiting times, everything managed in the smallest details. Absolutely excellent from every point of view.

15/06/2025: Very good restaurant and excellent service! I highly recommend trying the tartare of salmon martini with citrus and fennel!
Also the pizzas are very good, you can see that they use excellent quality products!

23/02/2025: We eat well. The pizza is good and the staff is very friendly.
22/01/2025: It's not the first time I've come here and it won't be the last.
We are at the pizzeria of the Casa del Popolo in Calenzano; as you can imagine, the environment (a single large room with an open kitchen and oven) is rather spartan, crowded and a little noisy. On weekends it is absolutely recommended to book if you want to be sure of finding a place.
The fact that it is full is already a good indication.
For dinner on Friday for three couples: 1 potato gnocchi with seafood sauce (abundant, rich in fish and very good), 5 pizzas and 1 covaccino (good and well-leavened dough, medium to thin, well seasoned and perfectly cooked) ; 2 desserts (abundant and impeccable millefeuille), 4 small beers (the highway code also applies in pizzerias) and two bottles of water. Too bad they don't have coffee.
The cost? We stayed under €25 per couple.

29/05/2025: Entro con mia moglie che sceglie una Treccia con la crema, il nostro sguardo cade su di un cartello del bar: “Munirsi dello scontrino prima di ordinare”, vado in fila alla cassa, dopo poco entra un cliente che guarda le paste e dice, dopo aver letto il cartello,: “Ma devo fare prima lo scontrino?” Uno dei gestori risponde: “No, no cosa vuole?” ed il cliente: “Ma Treccia con la crema” Io esco dalla fila e rivolgendomi al gestore: “Ma ce sono altre di Trecce con la crema?” Ed il gestore: “No, era l’ultima” ed io: “Siete scorretti, io osservo le vostre regole e mi trovo penalizzato”, ovviamente siamo andati via.
25/02/2025: Diciamo un posto dove la fa da padrona la pizza e pala eviterei altri tipi di cucinato direi buoni i coccoli con gli affettati e la pala da noi presa non era male ...forse un po' caro il rapporto qualità prezzo in un locale che forse pensa più a sfornare che coccolare i clienti ... cmq non peggio o meglio di altri

08/12/2023: Quanto è buono per colazioni dolci o salate e quanto sono rimasto deluso dal pranzo self service.. Riso mare freddo insipido e brodoso, grigliata mista abbondante ma fredda, purè immangiabile dall'eccesso di sale.. prezzo 23€ veramente eccessivo per un cibo più o meno da mensa.
Esperienza negativa.
