14/05/2025: Fantastic and extensive wine selections, also enough choice on the menu. A bit too much butter in my pasta for my taste and also other dishes were not quite for me, although tasty. I might have expected a bit more from it after the reviews

21/04/2025: Easter lunch:
- among the starters only the fresh ricotta was good, the rest below average.
- two first courses served cold: homemade artichokes with frayed artichokes that you couldn't eat, and paccheri with ragù which, besides being cold, left something to be desired.
- second course, sweet and sour meatballs and good average roll, missing silverside in carrot sauce which in theory was included in the menu.
- sweet razor clams with chocolate cream and ricotta razor clams, the crust of the razor clams lacked crunchiness.
21/04/2025: Good location of the farmhouse and quite nice structure, right at the foot of Etna, with sea view from the opposite side. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time between runs of our 5 meal runs. However, the food was delicious and of excellent quality, so maybe we can forgive this long wait!

14/12/2024: E’ tutto buono … ma .. la qualita’ deve migliorare.
Le quantita’ sono buone, i prezzi pure.
Un arancino al ragu’ dovrebbe avere la carne dentro … io non la trovo. Da cliente vi dico: migliorate la qualita’ e non badate solo alla quantita’. Aumentate 20 centesimi al pezzo, ma migliorate la qualita’. A giarre in corso italia c’e’ un posto dove se assaggi la loro tavola calda ti rendi conto della differenza. Ad esempio nel sapore del prosciutto. Certobla vendono piu’ cara della vostra.
