29/11/2024: The environment is really nice, especially because in Acicastello in a little street that I like so much, we started with an excellent welcome prosecco, and some rustic mixed starters, then some excellent meat rolls and as a sweet Turkish salami with an exceptional flavour. Honest prices. I'll be back because I'm curious to try the pizza.
On the second date I ate an excellent plated hamburger, convincing me even more of the quality of the cuisine.

06/08/2024: The beef was absolutely delicious, and the spaghetti was just as tasty. The service is impeccable, with very friendly and courteous staff. However, the ambiance leaves something to be desired, lacking life and atmosphere.
29/06/2024: I agree with the most recent reviews....Il Timo deserves a better rating. The service was exceptional, the food was top, and the atmosphere, enjoyable. Instead of driving to a restaurant, stick to Il Timo and take the 20-30 minutes you would be using to find parking to enjoy a relaxing aperitivo! Definitely recommended!

01/07/2024: Suggestiva la location con tanto di castello normanno frontalmente. Personale cordiale e celere. Granita al pistacchio dal gusto indefinito ed acidula...brioche di tipo industriale. Gelato nettamente superiore alla granita
05/05/2024: Solo per la brioche, evidentemente scongelata e/o vecchia di un paio di giorni, merita -7 stelle.
Gusti banali.
Veloce il servizio.
Salato il conto.
