After an hour, I went to ask how the panzerotti I was waiting for were, and they'd lost my order.
They didn't apologize, and the girl in charge of the panzerotti even made fun of me, thinking I wasn't listening.
Sometimes, politeness is helpful.

Ristorazione improvvisata e tempi d"attesa infiniti...!!!!!!
Consiglio solo e soltanto la pizza se non volete prendere fregature.
Il pesce assolutamente da non prendere in considerazione.
