29/05/2025: One of my fondest experiences I had in many years in Italy. This was our first time in Puglia. It was also first time we had antipasto-primi-secondi full menu dinner. The restaurant doesn't have a set menu, they prepare several different dishes every day. The server was very kind, helped us with selecting really nice local dishes and adapted the portions so that the three of us could easily share and try each meal. Thank you for lovely evening and culinary experience :-)
26/05/2025: As soon as we arrived in Bitonto, we booked at this restaurant without having the slightest idea of what to expect. It was an exceptional discovery: we liked it so much that, as soon as we finished dinner, we decided to return the following evening. Raw materials of the highest quality, dishes with authentic and surprising flavors, service with attention to the smallest details and absolutely fair prices. It is impossible not to mention the kindness and professionalism of Dario and Amedeo, who contributed to making the experience unforgettable. Thank you so much!

The antipasti are really tasty and exceptional.
We ordered four pizzas 🍕 including two with the surprise of the chef who added on top.
The place is magnificent with its ancient stones.

14/03/2025: Ho chiesto una granita e mi ha risposto : :già pronte non ne ho ma ho unmacchinario per farla al momento. Ho accettato e insomma vedo prendere un boccale con l acqua del lavandino senza zucchero e versare dentro una polvere al gusto che volevo. MI DA QUESTO BICCHIERE DI PORCHERIA DOVE “NON CI STABA NEANCHE UN GRANELLO DI GHIACCIO PERCHÉ L HA FATTO CON LA MACCHINA PER IL FRAPPÉ. INSOMMA VOMITEVOLE.

The service is friendly and fast, with staff always ready to recommend the craft beer or cocktail best suited to the customer's tastes. The rustic furnishings, with warm details and soft lights, help to create an ideal environment both for an evening with friends and for a moment of relaxation as a couple.
The selection of beers is wide and well curated, accompanied by a menu of simple but tasty dishes, perfect for a snack or an informal dinner. I highly recommend trying their burgers, club sandwiches and burritos.
An ideal place for those looking for an authentic pub, where they always feel at home.

the pizzas were supposed to arrive at 10, at 11.35 the pizzas are still nowhere to be seen, after having called 3 times and receiving the answer: they are cooking we are coming.
The fourth time we are told that the delivery man is calling us that he is outside, there is no one NOTHING!
I am really pissed off

Cold pizzas ONE hour and 15 minutes late.
If I wasn't so polite I would have sent them back....

24/02/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato il battesimo del nostro piccolo, appena abbiamo visionato la sala non ci abbiamo pensato due volte. Tutto perfetto dal servizio, alla cucina e soprattutto il pesce freschissimo! Proprietari stupendi ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra, persone splendide e disponibili nel soddisfare ogni nostro desiderio. Abbiamo ricevuto complimenti da tutti gli invitati. 02/01/2025: Ho festeggiato i 18 anni di mia figlia il 30 dicembre 24 ed è stato tutto fantastico e impeccabile.
Grande professionalità da parte di tutti e grande disponibilità del Signor Carbonara Nicola.
Un menù raffinato che ha accontentato i palati di tutti i 96 invitati .Tanta attenzione è stata dedicata agli intolleranti ,allergici e celiaci.
Una festa che è durata fino a notte inoltrata ,senza dare fretta.
La location è un altro punto di forza, maestosa, elegante,raffinata ,con arredi di pregio e un mega giardino e la ciliegina sulla torta sono i tanti addobbi Natalizi che rendono il tutto ancora più magico
Lo consiglio vivamente,ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi
