06/09/2025: We booked a table for four, our first time at this restaurant, based on the good reviews. We were greeted by young but professional staff. We walked through the room with an open kitchen at the back, a pleasant impression with a clean and very tidy atmosphere. They directed us up some stairs to a large terrace. I don't know if it was because not all the tables were full, but what we all appreciated was the silence between the tables. We chatted and ate pleasantly without shouting or yelling. The pizzas were very good, with good dough and well-cooked, very well-leavened, so there were no problems with bloating or thirst. Prices in line with other restaurants.

29/05/2025: One of my fondest experiences I had in many years in Italy. This was our first time in Puglia. It was also first time we had antipasto-primi-secondi full menu dinner. The restaurant doesn't have a set menu, they prepare several different dishes every day. The server was very kind, helped us with selecting really nice local dishes and adapted the portions so that the three of us could easily share and try each meal. Thank you for lovely evening and culinary experience :-)

08/08/2025: A grill I'd gladly return to and recommend.
I'm only giving the ambiance three stars because, eating outside, I didn't have a chance to observe and evaluate the interior.
The service was attentive, attentive, and professional.
The food was delicious: we tried various types of meat (bombette, carpaccio, offal, meatballs, tripe, and sliced steak), and I enjoyed everything.
I can't comment on the price since it was offered to me by a fellow diner, but judging from what I read on the menu, the prices are fair.
03/08/2025: We had a delicious Florentine steak served on lava stone. The place has a great vibe, thanks to the staff. We'll be back soon. Thank you.

24/02/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato il battesimo del nostro piccolo, appena abbiamo visionato la sala non ci abbiamo pensato due volte. Tutto perfetto dal servizio, alla cucina e soprattutto il pesce freschissimo! Proprietari stupendi ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra, persone splendide e disponibili nel soddisfare ogni nostro desiderio. Abbiamo ricevuto complimenti da tutti gli invitati. Grande professionalità da parte di tutti e grande disponibilità del Signor Carbonara Nicola.
Un menù raffinato che ha accontentato i palati di tutti i 96 invitati .Tanta attenzione è stata dedicata agli intolleranti ,allergici e celiaci.
Una festa che è durata fino a notte inoltrata ,senza dare fretta.
La location è un altro punto di forza, maestosa, elegante,raffinata ,con arredi di pregio e un mega giardino e la ciliegina sulla torta sono i tanti addobbi Natalizi che rendono il tutto ancora più magico
Lo consiglio vivamente,ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi
