29/12/2024: Il locale è vicino a centro. Caratteristica la struttura a volte che ti accoglie all'ingresso. Non ci sono molti coperti all'interno e per questo si può colloquiare serenamente con i compagni di tavola. Il cibo è molto buono, di qualità. Unico neo, poca scelta nei contorni.

10/11/2024: In two words: TRUE farmhouse!!! Kindness, courtesy and availability are at home. Genuine products, excellent and cooked with care. We had tried other times to stop for dinner without success, this time by booking a Sunday lunch well in advance we made it!!! It was a success as I expected. Everyone was very satisfied!

04/01/2025: Beautiful place with this trullo and the terrace above. It has a beautiful panorama where you see the historic center. We took a tourist menu and I must say that although good it was very little. An extra ladle could have been put on the plate and some more meat too. Good service even if a little slow between one course and another even if there were a lot of people I can understand that. For the rest, the restaurant is recommended both for its location and for its location.
26/12/2024: Very characteristic place, delicious food, very friendly and professional staff but I didn't feel the cold I felt during Christmas lunch even when, due to a lost bet, I had to go around Camigliatello barebacked

06/01/2025: Near the sovereign trullo we stop for a break at dusk
We are greeted by a friendly lady who lets us choose between biscuits, pasticciotti and other good things from the counter.
We opt for a herbal tea from different choices of tea flavours, infusions. Together a square and creamy biscuit with a particular recipe with hazelnuts, coffee... good!
Fast service, possibility of tasting in the well-appointed and clean back room.
Decent quality/price. Advise!!

20/10/2024: Tuvimos un gran tiempo con Mimmo y su personal increíble. Por supuesto, tienes que hacer la tabla de degustación de quesos y el plato de carnes variadas! Luego, combínalo con una buena cerveza o vino. Uno de los almuerzos más divertidos que hemos tenido este viaje. Mimmo, el gerente es el mejor. ¡Este pequeño oasis subterráneo es imprescindible!

07/11/2024: I had two glasses of wine and a trio of olives, taralli and cheeses. It was all very good and the price was very honest. I thank Federica for the kindness she showed me, I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone passing through Alberobello.
25/10/2024: Great food and very friendly personnel. They even drew with our kids so we could have a relaxed meal, remarkable and italien hospitality at its best.

13/02/2025: I'm sorry, terrible experience, I asked for a hot chocolate and I received milk with cocoa. I pointed out to him that chocolate isn't how it's made and the answer was that's how we make it, disappointing, they didn't even try to fix it.
10/02/2025: Food and drinks ok but a bartender (middle-aged gentleman) who says to a customer "speak" and who says to a child who asks what flavors of fruit juice are there "you tell me, we'll do it sooner/sooner" for me is a lack of education, because you are not talking to your friend but to a stranger who is a customer and should be treated as such.
