02/04/2026: They ruined my girlfriend's birthday. A terrible experience. We had made reservations for 14 people for a birthday party well in advance. Despite the 9:00 PM confirmation, upon arrival, the table wasn't ready, and we were left waiting at the entrance for half an hour. When we asked for explanations, instead of an apology, we received a rude response from the owner, who asked us to wait outside. The situation escalated when, faced with our (more than legitimate) complaints, the owner began to physically push us. We were forced to leave. Zero professionalism and rare rudeness. Highly not recommended. I reiterate that our reservation was for 9:00 PM (the time confirmed by the venue itself), and we arrived on time, not early as falsely stated above. We waited standing for 30 minutes before the situation escalated due to your rude manner. The aggressive and offensive tone of your public response confirms exactly the type of treatment we received in person. Fortunately, the 14 witnesses present can confirm the truth of the facts. After your shoving, you are grateful that I didn't call the police. Have a good life.
