The sushi is simply excellent—very fresh fish, precisely cut, and always well-balanced pairings. But the real surprise, for me, was the rice: cooked and seasoned to perfection, with that texture and flavor that only those who truly know Japanese cuisine can achieve. It's the detail that makes the difference and demonstrates the attention to detail behind every dish. A restaurant that combines quality, care, and passion.
