26/01/2025: we came to New Moon on a Saturday evening to celebrate a birthday. As soon as we arrived we had to wait 10 minutes at the entrance before any of the staff bothered to say "good evening" and then made us go to the lounge to ask which table we had. We sit down at 8.40pm after 15 minutes no one had yet come to take our orders so we call the waiters. The drink arrives after over 30 minutes, and above all not for everyone, however the first pizzas are seen after over 1 hour from the order. My brother is celiac so he rightly ordered his pizza which still hadn't arrived after over 2 hours and as soon as we asked they said "but it's Saturday night we're messed up" while then another waitress arrives to tell us "eh the pizza was finished under others" so there was a nice joke. Furthermore, the pizzas were not good, some were raw and the request to cut them since there were children was completely ignored. We GIFT money to this place 1 time and will never do so again.
