22/08/2024: So, the place is very nice, it has a wonderful view and it is a very quiet place. Great food with fair portions. The only point I would make is to point out to customers that if they only take 1 dish they will find themselves with €10 more on their bill, because this "rule" is written on the menu but it could escape you as it happened to me. It would have been nice if the waiter had told me straight away out of honesty, as well as giving me an extra smile... Everything else was ok.

19/08/2024: Locanda Fontanazza che dire? Camere pulitissime e accoglienti, colazione abbondante e squisita con prodotti del territorio accompagnati da pane e focacce e dolci fatti da loro ogni giorno, ristorante con piatti curati e innovativi dove la bravura dei cuochi dà il meglio su prodotti di prima qualità. La differenza però la fanno Valentina e Mattia e le persone che lavorano con loro con la loro affabilità e simpatia che ci hanno fatto stare veramente bene. A presto ragazzi!

22/11/2024: An altogether unpleasant experience. We were placed at a table sized for a dictator or a knights templar meeting. I had two meters in every direction to my closest dining companion. Maybe they still had their Covid restrictions in place? Waiters had a peculiar mix of arrogance and what seemed like a lack of both experience and interest. The food looked like something that tried hard to be fine-dining but didn’t come close in neither taste or presentation. That layered tower of fish was a very strange experience. We had one dish that actually tasted good, and that was the vitello tonato. We paid four times as much compared to any nearby osteria, where both food, atmosphere and service is better. I’m sorry, but I really can’t think of something I actually enjoyed here. Weird and disappointing place, and I’m very confused by the other reviews giving a 5/5.

14/11/2024: Food, good, service scandalously not up to par! Personally not recommended! Staff not cold, unfriendly except for a young waiter!
