20/04/2025: During our stay in Borgo San Dalmazzo, we chose L'Orso Bianco for breakfast every morning, and we were always fully satisfied. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive, making each visit pleasant and smooth.
The breakfast offering is varied and well looked after: an excellent selection of both sweet and savory dishes, with fresh, quality products presented with care. We really appreciated the soft brioches, the stuffed focaccias and the freshly baked sandwiches, perfect for every type of taste and need. The freshly squeezed juices, prepared on the spot, are an added value that gives an edge to breakfast, offering a touch of authenticity and energy.
The place is clean, tidy and has a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for starting the day in the right way. The service is fast, efficient and always accompanied by a smile, which really makes the difference.

02/06/2025: we were guests at madame du bois and dinner was delivered to our home, excellent products and honest prices!
20/04/2025: We stopped for an ice cream, because it was marked artisanal ice cream, in April, and the ice cream was wonderful: creamy, not too sweet, fruit with a strong taste. Only the Italians know how to make such a delicacy.

06/04/2025: Arrivo: parte del personale fuori dalla cucina a fumare.
Durante la cena ci è arrivato odore di sigaretta accesa.
Gli ospiti erano tutti ai tavoli, quindi ennesima pausa sigaretta.
Servizio in sala gentile e simpatico ma nervoso e rumorosi nel togliere i piatti e le posate. CALMA! Antipasti: insalata russa chiaramente dei barattoli (retrogusto acidulo) troppo fredda e insapore. Battuta al coltello con salsa di castelmagno (non si sentiva!!) POLPO alla piastra INSAPORE e forse troppo cotto. Gnocchetti chiaramente decongelati, passabili. Tutto molto caro x la scarsa qualità delle materie prime utilizzate. Non commento il pantalone del titolare o responsabile. In una Acli o una trattoria alla buona ci può stare, da Amunse prioprio no. Peccato.
04/03/2025: Siamo stati a dicembre,nella settimana della fiera fredda, location bellissima ma servizio da migliorare,un po’ lento,ma c’era una sola cameriera (molto gentile) .
Piatti buoni ma flan freddo e anche la tagliata un po’ fredda .. Bagna cauda ottima , nell’insieme buono ,peccato per i piatti che avrei preferito gustarli alla giusta temperatura! Mi sento però di consigliare questo locale
