Top quality/price ratio, despite the many people, we didn't wait, there are 2 fish menus and one meat menu with appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, water, wine and coffee for 35 euros with truly generous portions. 28/09/2025: The Marchesa restaurant and pizzeria is located in the center of the village of Candelo (BI), just across from the Ricetto di Candelo, an ancient medieval hamlet. The restaurant has an industrial style with some rustic touches, yet remains warm and welcoming. The glasses on the table were panna cotta molds, a fun and probably practical ploy. The pizza is a classic northern Neapolitan style, thinly crusted with a high, soft crust and crunchy bits here and there. You'll notice that slice after slice, the pizza is starting to get a bit rubbery, and (personally) the sauce lacks character. For dessert, we opted for the chocolate cheesecake. This cake has a lot of cheese and not much cake. The biscuit base is very thin, and the various flavors offered (I assume) are simply the type of toppings that are generously layered on top to make it more palatable. The service staff are quick and respectful of the timing. It's a shame to give only 3 stars but I'm sure that the young people I've seen can improve and make Marchesa an excellent pizzeria.

10/09/2025: Despite all the complaints, this is a beautiful and unique place, parking is in front of the pizzeria, the pizzas were delivered right away, the fish was delicious 😋 and the two waiters were kind and professional ✔️

13/08/2025: On business in Cossato, we stopped at this lovely bar and I had a delicious toasted sandwich! The staff were incredibly kind!

11/08/2025: Crowded place with dirty tables. They made us wait for coffee and a croissant, and we had to call the waitress several times (and the poor thing was alone, too). The guy behind the counter could have smiled every now and then, because I've seen people smile more at funerals. The macchiato wasn't macchiato, and it wasn't even good. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience.

18/09/2025: The pizza is very good and not at all heavy, and the prices are high (very competitive with today's average). It's a shame they don't allow dogs.

28/09/2025: We ate quite well, the menu of the day has traditional dishes, you must try their agnolotti off the menu, the lady prepares them, they are delicious

31/08/2025: Two homemade agnolotti, delicious but only 10 agnolotti on a plate for 14 euros, a cutlet also for 14 euros, and a roast consisting of two 30-gram slices with a spoonful of broccoli for the price of the full menu, half a glass of wine, a bottle of water, two coffees, two slices of cake, total 74.50 euros!!! I don't think we'll be stopping.

15/09/2025: For 4 restaurants: Location 4 might be special, but it's not! Menu 5 is nothing worth returning for. Service 4, you basically eat at tables that aren't very clean. Bill 5 is appropriate for what you get! It could even be cheaper.

20/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance during a trip to Viverone. Excellent view of the lake. Just a few dishes, but all simple and fresh. The seafood carbonara and fried seafood were fresh and well-seasoned. Fast service and very friendly waiters. Excellent value for money.
