Innanzitutto il cameriere Antonio è fantastico, come tutto lo staff, la ragazza che prepara le pizze bravissima e al forno lui, si, il proprietario, la pizza che dire...la miglior pizza napoletana di tutta Biella!!! Se non siete ancora andati, fatelo al più presto!!!

Piatti abbondanti e sfizioso intriganti cucinati davvero bene e ultimamente impiattati anche meglio, anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte. Se siete in zona vale la pena. Primo secondo con contorno acqua caffè 30€. Soddisfazione garantita.

Come pregi posso dire che il cibo è abbastanza buono e curato anche se personalmente ho trovato i miei gnocchi nauseanti.
La carta dei vini è abbastanza fornita con varie etichette che accontentano un po’ i vari palati e tutte le tasche.
Note dolenti, il personale , troppo invadente e petulante e il conto, decisamente sopra la media per ciò che viene servito .
Diciamo che lo consiglio ma con qualche riserva .

05/11/2024: Posto stupendo immerso nella natura del parco Burcina.
Dal parcheggio del parco (a pagamento ma nelle vie laterali si trova parcheggio con strisce bianche ) si parte per una camminata di circa 30 minuti (percorso semplice e adatto anche alle famiglie con bambini) per poi arrivare a questo bellissimo cascinotto.
Locale rivisitato mantenendo lo stile e la struttura originaria allestendo tutto con gusto.
Cibo e prezzi ottimi.
Consiglio vivamente. PS: prenotate e informatevi bene sugli orari di apertura.
02/11/2024: Location davvero bella, con un ambiente curato e una proposta gastronomica interessante. Purtroppo, però, non abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di provarlo: arrivati alle 14, ci è stato detto che non riuscivano a seguire tutti i clienti, quindi non ci è stato possibile sederci. Un po' deludente, visto che avremmo apprezzato una maggiore organizzazione per poter godere dell’esperienza completa

Small negative note in the management of reservations which are not respected in the slightest.
Another sore point, in my opinion, is the rush I tend to put on customers to vacate the table, so as to be able to accept as many people as possible. I don't recommend it if you are used to dining slowly.

30/01/2025: Everything would need to be reviewed a bit. Pay more attention to cleaning especially when there is a significant influx of customers like on Sundays. The waitress cannot throw what remains on the table on the floor and then not pick it up.
08/01/2025: Mr. Franco and his family serve the best coffee I have ever had. I haven't tried the rest yet but I imagine it's no different. Well done.

Good professional and at the same time familiar welcome, nice place, not very large, well looked after, good choice of dishes from starters to desserts with a good choice for every palate. Decent wine list, had an excellent house rosé to accompany dinner. Very high quality of food. Advised.
