26/04/2025: AN EXTRA TOUCH OF CHARACTER IN THE MENU
An excellent piece of fassona which, garnished with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon or a petal of parmesan, would have enhanced its "minimal" appearance, a thinner sheet of plin to better enhance the taste of the delicious filling and a spiced carrot purée just right to give a more intense flavor to a boiled vegetable, would certainly have contributed to increasing both the palatability and presentation of some dishes.
