15/10/2025: Felt like a warm hug right after stepping inside. Really nice atmosphere and host, even though we didn’t have a common language. He still wanted to tell us details about the food etc., using translator and photo search. Food also 5/5.
12/10/2025: Tradition and modernity in an excellent combination. Mr. Ferruccio's explanations and history of the dishes on the menu are enlightening. This restaurant is not to be missed.

07/12/2025: We had dinner and ate well, the mushrooms and fondue were excellent, I was a little less appreciative of the way the meat was cooked but that's okay, it was very plentiful.

We recently had lunch at Osteria Oca Giuliva, and the overall experience was decidedly good, despite a small reservation at the end.
The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, ideal for a quiet evening.
Strengths
Service: The staff was attentive, courteous, and quick. We were treated with the right amount of discretion and professionalism. A real plus.
Food: The quality of the ingredients and the execution of the dishes were impeccable. We ate very well, appreciating the authentic flavor of the preparations.
Wine: The selection of wines offered is top-notch, and the one we chose turned out to be excellent and paired well with our dishes.
The Only Downside
Everything was perfect until it was time to pay. Despite the deliciousness of our meal, we felt that the balance between the quantity and type of dishes chosen and the final price was slightly unbalanced. In short, for what we ate, we spent a bit more than we expected.
In Summary:
Osteria Oca Giuliva is a place where you can eat and drink well, with excellent service. If you're willing to overlook a bill that's perhaps a little above average for the offerings, it's a recommended place for lunch or dinner.

01/05/2025: Seconda volta cena ottima,servizio impeccabile personale gentile ottima carta dei vini. Conto non economico ma in linea con la qualità dei piatti .
22/04/2025: Sono stato con la mia fidanzata Luisa a Pasquetta 2025, a "La Bottega di Rosanna" un agriturismo a Castagnole delle Lanze, il locale è diverso da come te lo aspetti, molto poco agricolo, molto invece chic, di classe, una bella villa, dove i gestori vivono, immersa nel verde e nei vigneti di loro propietà, tra Langhe e Monferrato, con annesse camere dove soggiornare, piscina e parco privato. Rosanna e la sua famiglia ti accolgono appena arrivati con calore e semplicità.
Il menù fisso scelto per l'occasione molto variegato e di tradizione piemontese, rivisitato e corretto, era cucinato con maestria, tecnica sopraffina e amore, si avvertiva l'esperienza della Chef e propietaria Rosanna di molti anni in locali di classe e il figlio, sommelier di scuola, molto preparato sui vini del territorio, ci ha servito con competenza, simpatia e professionalità due ottimi calici di Nebbiolo e Barbera.
Il compagno di Rosanna, anima della sala, si è prodigato per accontentarci in ogni nostra richiesta, sempre con ironia, allegria e sobrietà tipica piemontese.
Non si sono scomposti sulla nostra richiesta di sostituire la carne cruda che non gradivamo con un plus di vitello tonnato. Non sono mancate richieste di bis da parte loro, ma non necessarie visto il menù abbondante e gustoso.
Se proprio vogliamo fare una piccola critica, avrei fatto un altro tipo di dolce, un po' più elaborato, in linea con i fantastici piatti precedentemente cucinati e magari una verdura cotta o cruda di cui francamente si sentiva la mancanza.
Il conto per due persone, in linea con la qualità del cibo gustato ed ho gradito il generoso sconto ricevuto senza averlo richiesto e il calore di tutto lo staff a partire da Chef Rosanna che ci ha colpito molto positivamente. Visto il piccolo numero di coperti della bella sala da pranzo vetrata, meglio prenotare per tempo. Lo consiglio vivamente e sicuramente torneremo a trovarli, abbiamo conosciuto e lasciato dei cari amici. Bravi.
