15/01/2025: First time in Tortona but only to try the delicacies of this restaurant. Meanwhile, the room in this deconsecrated church is beautiful, the kitchen (to say kitchen is an understatement) captivates you while you wait for the dishes: the cooks work in silence, already knowing what to do. Then you taste the dishes that have imagination and research in cuisine but dishes linked to the territory. Excellent service. Well done Anna Ghisolfi

07/10/2024: ottimo ristorante -gastronomia con cucina tipica piemontese a conduzione famigliare , antipasto misto di salumi e formaggi eccellenti , così come gli agnolotti favolosi , abbiamo avuto anche occasione di comprare del formaggio in negozio , gentilissimo il proprietario , ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , spero ritornarci , consigliatissimo

15/01/2025: Bar tavola calda adatto per colazioni e pranzi con 4 scelte di primi e secondi. Porzioni abbondanti e ben presentati. Prezzi nella media. Personale veloce e competente. Locale pulito.

06/01/2025: The pizza is very thin and I like it that way. The service is very good and the environment is not bad, there are only two disadvantages:
The first is that it's a bit cold in the room (in winter)
And the second is that you are placed too close to other customers, sometimes creating a feeling of embarrassment due to the fact that if you talk to your partner the people next to you hear everything. For the rest everything is ok
23/11/2024: The term workshop brings to mind experimentation and alternative proposals. In this place there is no trace of all this! Electric oven, dough not leavened enough, exorbitant prices! Two pizzas, two medium beers (which had nothing medium about them) and a fruit salad €50.50! I would say too much!
