27/03/2024: The formula is nice, being able to taste many types of pizza is the best part. The pizza is mediocre, the service is great. I definitely won't go back (after a year I came back, not by my will, the opinion doesn't change, mediocre pizza.)

26/02/2024: Even though it was a Saturday night, the service was impeccable! Good food and very kind staff!
The only flaw is the limited choice of types of pizzas.
I'll be back!
24/02/2024: First time I come to Eataly in Pinerolo, I took paella but it was very very liquid, not burnt underneath, in fact it looked like it was boiled, while the mussels were so cooked and burnt that the shells broke and they were crunchy inside!

28/12/2023: Pur essendo a vocazione turistica merita un giro anche se non lo si è. Proprietario gentilissimo nel mettere a suo agio l'ospite, servizio buono e panorama eccellente, forse il nome suggerisce anche di passarci una serata, mi sa che vale. Piatti che spaziano dalla pizzeria al ristorante, nessuno da Michelin ma tutti di buona qualità.

05/04/2024: We ate at this magnificent venue this evening. The restaurant is truly amazing because it has a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The cuisine is traditional and typical of the city of Turin and the waiters who are very kind, absolutely prepared and will know how to put you at ease (as well as making you laugh more than a few!) have been able to advise us on the best dishes at their disposal, even if the The entire menu is really inviting, with a varied choice and excellent value for money! All the dishes we ordered were excellent. Congratulations to all the staff.
A place not to be missed in the city of Turin.

As soon as we called to say that we were "15 minutes late", because unfortunately we couldn't find a seat,
A girl answered us;
“You already have the discount, you can't be 15 minutes late!! we are full "
In a rude and rude tone.
strangely when we went without a late discount no one ever told us anything.
If I have to rate the pizza good,
But if I have to rate the staff and the service I give one star, because Google won't let me put -1.
We just wanted to warn you to be correct.
I'm really disappointed with how difficult it has become to be polite, especially with the customer.
I will definitely never go there again!!!

01/04/2024: We booked the table for 8pm, and after the chips arrived after about thirty minutes, we had to wait another half hour for the pizzas, the service was poor perhaps because the waiter was a novice: after having made a mistake pizza, he brings me another wrong one without making sure it's the right one, furthermore it arrived almost completely burnt but it was late and the others had already finished their pizza so I ate that pizza even if it was badly made and wrong to leave as soon as possible

02/04/2024: I recommend arriving early as the place fills up early and you may have to wait outside the venue.
We took a mix of appetizers which were fantastic and the frying was very very light, so excellent!
You can choose any type of ravioli or even seasonal ones, and then choose the sauce to put together. I took the original ravioli with delicious Genoese pesto.
The friendly and well-organised staff paid 3 out of 13€, which is a very honest price for the quality of the food! Generous portions as well
We left full and satisfied with the experience.

01/04/2024: This is the pizza of a creator and artist who gives a welcome innovation to a classic product!! Perfect quality, inventiveness, excellent products... Even the "normal" pizzas are fantastic, but I recommend trying the 'croccante'. The welcome with the two ladies at reception is also super friendly. Thanks to them.. The only problem is living far away and not being able to come often 😊🙏🏻❤️

30/03/2024: A little uncomfortable in the lower part, tables very close together but it is like that in many parts of Italy, the food is good, very good, the food arrives quickly, the service is very friendly, and the prices are incredible for being in the historic center of the city. 100% recommended

Despite a very varied menu, the service was terrible. Dommage. Happy to have found a vegan menu, they served me a bruschetta with aubergine sauce, too bad the bread tasted like fish. I was forced to have the dish redone. Glass not clean, bread arrived after several requests, plates missing due to fish shells.
The place was full but that doesn't take away from the fact that the service should be perfect.
That said, as far as the food goes, good but nothing exceptional.
Finally, a few smiles and more kindness are missing, even at the checkout!
